A few bumps in the road, but they are working on it My wife and I bought a used 2010 Honda Pilot Touring from Noble "All-American" a couple weeks ago (March 29th, 2014). After driving it for a few days My wife and I bought a used 2010 Honda Pilot Touring from Noble "All-American" a couple weeks ago (March 29th, 2014). After driving it for a few days I noticed a strange noise coming from the front end. I had the service records sent to me from Smart Honda, who had sold it to the previous owner new and had serviced it throughout their ownership. I contacted both Noble All-American and Smart Honda and after receiving both dealership's responses, I decided it would be best to try to work with Smart Honda. I took it in and they told me it needed a new strut, which they sold to me at wholesale. I then contacted Noble to request that they would work with me on installing it, which they agreed to. They installed the part for free and it remedied the noises I was hearing, unfortunately in the process they damaged the cowl that covers the strut. They have ordered a new cowl and will install it when it arrives, I will update the post when things are completed. More

This was the first time buying my own car and I had been shopping everywhere within Des Moines and the surrounding areas. It wasn't until I got to Noble All American that I really felt like I was being help shopping everywhere within Des Moines and the surrounding areas. It wasn't until I got to Noble All American that I really felt like I was being helped in finding the perfect new car rather than having one shoved down my throat. Ryan was fantastic. He showed me all the new cars within my price range and really took his time with explaining all of the features of each car, helping me determine what was best for me. Not only was Ryan extremely helpful, but very nice. When it came to working out pricing, not only were the prices already very reasonable, but Ryan worked to get me an even better deal. I can definitely say that I would recommend Noble All American to anyone looking for great service and prices when looking for a new car. One of the best experiences I have had at a dealership. More
