Family Vacation Surprise Our family was in Des Moines for the Iowa State Fair and I saw a vehicle come available online at Noble Auto Group. I inquired online and was emailed an immediate response to come in and check it out. I called in the morning and arranged to look at it a few hours later. Customer Service was very helpful and fast and got everything set up. The vehicle had just come in recently on trade and was finishing being prepared. We arrived and met Glenn Harned and he did a great job kindly answering all of our questions and being extremely knowledgeable. The process went very well and our children watched Netflix inside the building while the specifics were being handled (and it was raining outside). Glenn also helped my wife move all our family vacation gear from our vehicle trade-in into the new vehicle, while I was filling out paperwork. Tim Banner, in Finance Department, explained every financing option very well to me and was also very helpful and kind. The process went very well and we are thrilled with our Traverse!
