Need to answer the dam phone in Marshalltown , Had to go out there to make appointment , Truck was to be picked at home, never showed up so had to call out there finally picked it up, Told the guy that pic out there to make appointment , Truck was to be picked at home, never showed up so had to call out there finally picked it up, Told the guy that picked it up oil change only that the tires been rotated by someone else , so all we needed was an oil change said he would tell you out there got the bill and you rotated the tires. We have the papers to prove tires were rotated. Looks like you need to get the people that work for you better training and better communication , That why we left the last place because they did not answer the phone If there is a next time we will bring our car & truck to be serviced and babysit with it till work is done, which we should not have to. You are there to service people not to do as you dam please . You need to hire people that will do the work that you expect them to do, Moral of the story i was charged for rotating tires that we did not need and the man that picked it up was to relay the message to you out there, He must not did it which means he should not be working for you caused he failed to relay the message to you , Thought going to you would get better service than we got at the last place but was wrong , It time for you to think how you can improve the people that work for you . Paid for rotating tires we did not need . Mad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
