Our 2017 Lincoln MKX has failed to start 4 times in cold weather. It has been to 4 different dealers with no one even finding the problem. It happened again while at our daughter's in Jefferson Ohio. Went o weather. It has been to 4 different dealers with no one even finding the problem. It happened again while at our daughter's in Jefferson Ohio. Went out to leave on Monday morning, car wouldn't start. Because no Lincoln dealer was close by, the car was towed to Greg Sweet Ford. By 2 that afternoon, they called and said they found a relay stuck open. Since it was too late to go home that day, we told them to service the vehicle and we would pick it up the next day. By 2 pm the next day, the car was repaired, serviced and washed. Very reasonably priced service too. Very good experience and they found the problem. More

Chris Ritchey, Joe Coccitto, and Michael Kelly took great care of me at the front end and Loretta Tratar, Jimmy Whitbread did the same in the service department. I am in my 60’s and have purchased many cars and trucks over the years, this is by far the most rewarding easiest and smoothest it has ever gone. It was well worth the trip from Pennsylvania. They all did above and beyond, everyone that I had contact with could not have been more professional. That Sir speaks volumes of your leadership and guidance to your employees. She and her coworkers made the entire experience smooth and painless. Their appraisal process, and offer on my trade was very fair, which eliminated the worry of a low ball offer (e.g. Black Book), and any need to haggle. I liked their on line process for presenting the deal to me; gone is the day of starting with a contract to purchase. Beside the salesperson, I had contact with who I assume was the Sales Manager (forgot his name). parts counter person (forgot his name), and the Business Manager. The salesperson went out of their way to make sure my phone was synced to the truck and my Ford Pass account app was set up. More
