Great Service, Waited a little too long Had to have a tire replaced. Had to make two 70-mile trips, which was inconvenient but I'm used to that because I live in a small town. I made an appointment when they called to tell me it was there but I waited for an hour and a half for them to replace one tire. They were busy and I understood, but if there's an appointment, it shouldn't take that long. Then my spare tire wasn't put back in my vehicle so I had to drive back. They were very apologetic and the tire was covered under warranty, so I wasn't out of pocket for the tire, but I was out two 70-mile trips because there are no tires "in-stock," which I wish they had told me when I called to make the first appointment. More
