Most repairs are done wrong or they damaged something in the process of trying to fix the existing problem. Most repairs by them has taken us 3 - 4 replacement parts and repair trips each time. We have had our van in their service shop at least 24 times in 10 months! At least half of the repairs were due to their negligence AND NEVER DO THEY APOLOGIZE for the inconvenience. New parts don’t consistently break down unless they were installed incorrectly. When our van needed a new rack and pinion they put in a NON-OEM part that made a knocking sound when you made a slow turn to the right. We were never asked if we were okay with them putting in a non-oem rack!!! It took them replacing the rack 4 times from leaks in a 10 month period before they eventually put in an OEM rack. Finally the knock is gone and the rack isn’t leaking!!! Their service department is unscrupulous and the technicians they hired are inept. WARNING: taking your vehicle their will cause you health problems along with high blood pressure! More
How are they in business still???? Believe all the bad reviews you read in here. I could relate to almost every one of them!!!!! After 9 months and over a dozen trips back and forth i Believe all the bad reviews you read in here. I could relate to almost every one of them!!!!! After 9 months and over a dozen trips back and forth into the service department the knock sound from the front end could not be diagnosed from them. Sure, the car was in an accident prior to our purchasing our 2010 Odyssey EX-L. We drove the van for 4 years with no knocking sound. Two strut mount replacements and a new knuckle and it still makes a knocking sound when you turn the steering wheel to the right. Now they want to blame the subframe. We will get someone else to figure it out. Thanks but no thanks. Also, it's awesome when you talk to Allan, one of their best service advisors, on a Wednesday, while they have your car and then a week later still nothing back from him!? More

I made an appointment online for 1 pm, and was told when I arrived they may not be able to complete all the service needed on my car due to the fact they close at 3 pm (the services my car needed were listed on my appointment request, but they never said anything about not being able to complete them all when I made my appointment). They called me at 2:30 and said everything was done and good to go. After paying and going through the stack of paperwork they give you, I noticed multiple "red" ratings on the diagnostic test they did on my car. None of these issues were communicated to me when I picked up my car up. The entire experience was rushed, and it felt like they just wanted to close up shop and go home. I've never heard of a car dealership service center closing at 3 pm on a Saturday. I have used multiple Honda dealerships across the country, and this is the only one that closes so early. Now I'm searching for a reputable place to take my car yet AGAIN in order to address the "red" issues Greg May Honda found. More

2 1/2 hr wait for oil change, WITH appt We purchased our Honda Odyssey new from this dealership 7 years ago. Initially we had great service, then we moved away, and a year ago we moved back to the area. Either the service here has nosedived or there is an inverse correlation between the age of your vehicle and the service provided.... I needed a routine oil change. I made an appointment which I had to cancel, and thereafter twice tried to get it done (once by first making an appointment, the other by just showing up at a given time; both methods at the dealer's prompting). Both times the wait was too long & they recommended that I make an appointment for a later date, which I did. Again, this appointment was made at their prompting to "avoid a long wait" (with 2 kids in toe) and to avoid having to use the courtesy shuttle (which I told them I had no problem using). They said the oil change usually takes "about an hour." Today, the kids and I appeared for our 8:45 AM appointment. There were long lines of vehicles out the door., but I took heart knowing I had an appointment... Ha!!! 2 1/2 hours later they finished.. At the two hour mark we asked about a courtesy shuttle and were told "it's not here...." Any mom who sits with young kids at appointments understand the predicament. I would gladly have taken the shuttle home immediately (and left the van there all day) had that been offered or an expected long wait explained. Neither happened. Moreover, I was told I need four new tires soon. It has brand-new top-of-the-line Michelin tires that are less than three years old on it. And this van only ever has been serviced by a dealer.... Customer service matters. We plan to upgrade our van soon. It won't be here. Goodbye Greg May Honda. More

When we came to pick up the car, they told us that only the driver door lock could be switched for the price we paid, but that's not what they told us initially. After the repair was done and we were driving back home 4 hours away, we came to find out that they had busted our cruise control from their ignition replacement so now our cruise control does not work at all. I would not recommend going to Greg May Honda for repair services. More

They have their employees posting posting xxx reviews, LOL I was glancing at my review of Greg May Honda on another site, Kyle Binner their General Manager is posting 5 star reviews about the dealership. Not o I was glancing at my review of Greg May Honda on another site, Kyle Binner their General Manager is posting 5 star reviews about the dealership. Not only do they lie and are unethical in their business practices they did over $ 7000. in damages to my 2015 Honda Odyssey while it was in for a simple warranty repair, I sent them a demand letter certified mail in November 2015 and they refuse to pay for the repairs needed. I am going to sue them for the damages. I read all the reviews posted concerning this dealership...but having YOUR own people post xxx reviews is the lowest thing I could imagine. More
I have had 3 unfortunate service situations here. The first happened about a year and a half after my purchase. I had a routine oil change and scheduled mileage check. A few days later I had to have my first happened about a year and a half after my purchase. I had a routine oil change and scheduled mileage check. A few days later I had to have my car towed to the dealership, because an engine light and code came on telling me to have it checked immediately and to not drive it. I called them and took it in. I live an hour away from the dealership and had to take off work half a day. The mechanic didn't put something back on correctly, and it caused the problem. They gave me some free oil changes for my inconvenience, after I called and asked what they were going to do to accomodate my inconvenience. I have continued to return to them for service, however this past weekend I took my car for an oil change and tire rotation and when I left the dealership, I thought my car sounded very loud and rough, but wasn't sure. I drove home (an hour drive) still thought my car sounded rough. Wed. some friends and I went to dinner and someone else commented on how loud my car sounded. Another friend's husband opened my hood and there was the oil cap sitting on the manifold. He put it back on. I have driven around 300 miles before I knee this was the problem. When I called the service manager, he offered me a free oil change the next time I came in, and that I should ask for him personally. Great! Now I need to check my oil level in the morning, because I don't know how much oil is in it, and not sure if everything is ok or not. I have a 2007 Accord, and will probably not be returning to their dealership, except to demand that they check out my engine etc at their expense, since they were negligent. More
