When we came to pick up the car, they told us that only the driver door lock could be switched for the price we paid, but that's not what they told us initially. After the repair was done and we were driving back home 4 hours away, we came to find out that they had busted our cruise control from their ignition replacement so now our cruise control does not work at all. I would not recommend going to Greg May Honda for repair services. More

They have their employees posting posting xxx reviews, LOL I was glancing at my review of Greg May Honda on another site, Kyle Binner their General Manager is posting 5 star reviews about the dealership. Not o I was glancing at my review of Greg May Honda on another site, Kyle Binner their General Manager is posting 5 star reviews about the dealership. Not only do they lie and are unethical in their business practices they did over $ 7000. in damages to my 2015 Honda Odyssey while it was in for a simple warranty repair, I sent them a demand letter certified mail in November 2015 and they refuse to pay for the repairs needed. I am going to sue them for the damages. I read all the reviews posted concerning this dealership...but having YOUR own people post xxx reviews is the lowest thing I could imagine. More
I have had 3 unfortunate service situations here. The first happened about a year and a half after my purchase. I had a routine oil change and scheduled mileage check. A few days later I had to have my first happened about a year and a half after my purchase. I had a routine oil change and scheduled mileage check. A few days later I had to have my car towed to the dealership, because an engine light and code came on telling me to have it checked immediately and to not drive it. I called them and took it in. I live an hour away from the dealership and had to take off work half a day. The mechanic didn't put something back on correctly, and it caused the problem. They gave me some free oil changes for my inconvenience, after I called and asked what they were going to do to accomodate my inconvenience. I have continued to return to them for service, however this past weekend I took my car for an oil change and tire rotation and when I left the dealership, I thought my car sounded very loud and rough, but wasn't sure. I drove home (an hour drive) still thought my car sounded rough. Wed. some friends and I went to dinner and someone else commented on how loud my car sounded. Another friend's husband opened my hood and there was the oil cap sitting on the manifold. He put it back on. I have driven around 300 miles before I knee this was the problem. When I called the service manager, he offered me a free oil change the next time I came in, and that I should ask for him personally. Great! Now I need to check my oil level in the morning, because I don't know how much oil is in it, and not sure if everything is ok or not. I have a 2007 Accord, and will probably not be returning to their dealership, except to demand that they check out my engine etc at their expense, since they were negligent. More
