I had an appointment but got there early and apparently they started early. My service advisor brought to my attention the battery checked bad again, but again I thanked her and declined the battery purchase. Your waiting area is great. I love the bar height tables and the coffee and the free WiFi. When I left I asked if anyone was familiar with these cars. Another service lady helped me. I wondered if the back seat laid down and it does and she showed me how. She also provided extra help I needed with the hands free phone usage. All in all it was a pleasurable experience as usual. Great Service, Waited a little too long Had to have a tire replaced. Had to make two 70-mile trips, which was inconvenient but I'm used to that because I live in a small town. I made an appointment when they called to tell me it was there but I waited for an hour and a half for them to replace one tire. They were busy and I understood, but if there's an appointment, it shouldn't take that long. Then my spare tire wasn't put back in my vehicle so I had to drive back. They were very apologetic and the tire was covered under warranty, so I wasn't out of pocket for the tire, but I was out two 70-mile trips because there are no tires "in-stock," which I wish they had told me when I called to make the first appointment. More
