quickly appointment and quick fix I was driving to a meeting in another city on Wednesday, Nov. 6, when my service light came on. it indicated I needed an oil change. Bad battery car not start Car wouldn't start, when first called service they said it was up to me to get a tow and I would have to pay for it even though the car is still under Car wouldn't start, when first called service they said it was up to me to get a tow and I would have to pay for it even though the car is still under warranty. Once I got it started and drove it to service they took care of it. Replaced the battery and with in 4 hours it was ready. The owner manual says you have free towing and service. The girls up front taking in service could be nicer and more helpful. More
Went in twice to fix flat tire - ended up going to Goodyear I had a slow leak in a tire on my 2019 Honda Pilot. Dropped the vehicle off and picked up later in the day after "repair" was done. A day or so later, I noticed the same tire was losing air. I added air. Another two days went by and I had to add air again - apparently original slow leak was not repaired. Took the car in again and explained the situation. Service representationindicated they would fix but it would take an hour or so. After about 3 hours I went back and it was not ready. I indicated I would wait for it. After about an hour, I was told they still had not started on it. I also overhead several service customers complaining in the waiting area about having to wait on their cars. One indicated they had a morning appointment and their car was still not ready at 2:30 in the afternoon. Service representation only offered that they were "a little short-handed". Will not go back to Greg May Honda unless dealer-required service is indicated. I reported that I could wait no longer - I look my car to Goodyear Service and had the tire repaired. More
Expensive spark plugs! Had a misfire on cyl #3. Honda odyssey EXL 2010, 164,000 miles. They said I shouldn't drive it from Temple,tx to Waco,tx. Paid $116 for 45 mile tow. S Had a misfire on cyl #3. Quick fix, spark plugs change. $1,100 to rebuild cylinders what they say needed to be done. 6 SPARK PLUGS AT $32 A PIECE! Spark plugs that can be bought at Auto Zone for $8 to $12.
