General Service Serve personnel that I encountered were polite and efficient. Multi-point check identified a need to address front wheel alignment and indicated that Serve personnel that I encountered were polite and efficient. Multi-point check identified a need to address front wheel alignment and indicated that the battery failed test. Battery was new and tested good when I had checked by supplier. When we picked the car up the check tire light was on. It was not on when car was delivered to shop. I checked tires and found that they were over inflated by 7-9 PSI. Honda recommends 33 PSI which I recently checked and adjusted so I was surprised to find that all 4 tires were over inflated at 40-42 PSI. Overall I was satisfied with service experience. More
