I was very happy with the customer service for mu last visit. It was just walk in. As soon as pulled off the someone came to my car to ask me what Service I needed and they gave me a ride home instead of visit. It was just walk in. Everyone was polite and friendly. Had a bolt on my tire. It was unfixable but was covered under my Bluesteel warranty so I also bought another tire to match. Everything went well.
