Great customer service experience I went to the dealership to get a diagnostic on my car. I let them know that I really needed my car ready for the next day when they said it would tak I went to the dealership to get a diagnostic on my car. I let them know that I really needed my car ready for the next day when they said it would take from a couple of hours to 2 days. Christina was great and Allen took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my car so that I understood the pricing. They got it done within one day and Allen gave me fantastic customer service! Very helpful and warm. Will definitely go back for another service soon! More

No Covid-19 precautions observed here I was pleased with courteous staff and with the prompt service, although I did have an appointment. The person who I dealt with did not wear a mask and the person who took my car and brought it back did not wear a mask. There was no mention of using disinfectant wipes, which seems that it should have been a minimum responsibility for the business. Very disappointing! More

This rating applies only to the service department. I bought my Honda civic on March 4 of this year and soon after buying it I noticed that it had a very slow leak (Losing about 10 to 15 psi over the cou bought my Honda civic on March 4 of this year and soon after buying it I noticed that it had a very slow leak (Losing about 10 to 15 psi over the course of an entire week) in the front passenger tire. I refilled it several times myself but when the leak kept recurring I took some time off work to bring it in to the dealership, as fixing leaks is supposed to be covered by my warranty. I told the people at the service desk which tire was leaking and about how long it took for it to leak down. After looking at it they said they could not find a leak but that they would keep the service ticket open and instructed me to bring it back in the next time that it bled down, and they would repair it then. The same tire bled down and I refilled it a few more times before I could get the time off work to come in to get the tire repaired. This time when I brought it in the service tech came out and told me that my tires were all different types and were all in poor condition, some more than others. He said that I should get all four replaced. This being only only two months after purchasing the vehicle (And only 210 miles by the odometer). I asked why they had sold it to me with tires that were in need of replacement on it. To which he replied that the “vehicle is purchased as is”. I am extremely unhappy with the fact that I’m being told I need to spend $649.73 to replace tires on a car I bought two months ago. More
