They also point out the flaws in my credit, but the brochure said we can help you with any credit problems. There were no bankruptly or foreclosures on my credit report. He also brought to my attention the school loans that were not even in deferrement. He had me waiting for long periods of time I thought he had went home or taken a lunch break. He did not say he was sorry for the long wait. Dawson also took a call and said nothing after the call. The dealership brochure stated we will help put you in a newer automobile, but one guy said if you have the credit. I hope GregMayHonda stop mailing out those brochures because it was not applied or honored today. I will never respond to another brochure due to the bad experience I had with them. More

I had an awful experience with this dealership recently. I purchase a used vehicle in March 2012 and when I got the SUV home I realized that the CD player did not work. I called the dealership the next day I purchase a used vehicle in March 2012 and when I got the SUV home I realized that the CD player did not work. I called the dealership the next day to get the issue resolved and here we are 30 days later and I am still trying to get them to fix it. They have been giving me the run around for over a month! I will never purchase another vehicle from them and I tell everyone that will listen about the horrible experience I had. Hopefully,the CD player will be fixed before month number two rolls around.
