If another dealership has reduced it for you thy are breaking the law. I'll be happy to give you a 50 dollar credit in service to make up for the fact I can't reduce it but I will not , even for my parents or family reduce it because it is against the law." Here is what it says at another Honda Dealership where I bought my new Honda recently. There is a BIG SIGN posted when you go to sign your paper work... see quote below. "A Documentary Fee is not an official fee. A Documentary Fee is not required by law, but may be charged to buyers for handling documents relating to the sale. A Documentary Fee may not exceed a reasonable amount agreed to by the parties. This notice is required by law." So go some place else, they will try to LIE and CHEAT you at every corner... I would never do business with these people ever.... I went some place else and I am very happy that I did. I was able to get what I wanted for the price I wanted!! More

Horrible, Stressful, Frustrating Dalton at Greg May knew nothing about anything. We went in to purchase a car, gave him all of our info, paid the down payment (money from selling out Dalton at Greg May knew nothing about anything. I get a call the next day saying he ran my FATHER IN LAWs credit and not my husbands. I do not know how since the only thing that is the same is my husband is a jr and his dad is a sr. BUT WE TOLD THEM THAT!!!!!!!! Still, they wanted us to get a cosigner since we had no established credit. Any time I called to ask questions about our situation Dalton was clueless.. He knew nothing about credit, or how our situation happened, much less how we were able to drive off the lot with the vehicle and then the next day say "opps wrong person". I am returning the car and I am very displeased with their service. More

After searching online, I found a great used Honda After searching online, I found a great used Honda Odyssey for sale at this dealership. Unfortunately, my husband and I are stationed at Sheppard After searching online, I found a great used Honda Odyssey for sale at this dealership. Unfortunately, my husband and I are stationed at Sheppard AFB in Wichita Falls, TX which is 3.5hrs away (7hr round trip). I called the dealership to make sure the vehicle advertised was still available before making the trek down there with a 4 month old. The car was still available and I told the salesman my situation and that I would be there as soon as possible. The salesman assured me that they could hold the vehicle for me. He even went as far as to clear it with the manager and call me back saying it was mine and to take my time. When I got there after almost 4 hrs in a car with my infant, I was told that the car had been sold. To make matters worse they had nothing else to offer me. They're only "deal" they could give me was on a brand new Honda Odyssey which was $12,000 more than the price on the used Odyssey I had been promised. I left empty handed. They offered no compensation for the trouble they caused me. More
