Update: Their response to my BBB review was to accuse me of lying about being told that all my locks would be replaced and that it was not reasonable that they damaged my cruise control. Nope, didn't lie, that's what they told both me and my wife. Were both doctorate level graduate students. While I'm not gloating; we're not exactly hard of memory. I also doubt my cruise control just happend to randomly stop working completely right after their repair service. Falsely accusing others of lying and not taking responsibility for their actions that strongly affect the lives of others are really unacceptable for a car dealership where hundreds or thousands of dollars are at play with the average customer interaction.
