Complete Service Allan was very thorough in explaining everything (and I had a lot of questions). I went in for a mechanical problem, but I also had regular maintenanc Allan was very thorough in explaining everything (and I had a lot of questions). I went in for a mechanical problem, but I also had regular maintenance that was coming due. I explained my budget and Allan was able to recommend what needed to be addressed now and what could wait. Cody completed a full diagnostic and repairs in the same day (I had a lot done and thought it would be several days). Greg May has the best staff (sales and service) and I can't imagine going anywhere else for my Honda service. More

Surprised Excellence I made an appointment for an oil and filter change as well as transmission service at 11:00. I arrived early about 10:30 and expected to wait several hours. My past experience here has not been good. Greg May service finished my serviced before my 11:00 am I was also provided at detailed vehicle health report. I’ve not seen on if these at this dealership before. This young lady is 18 years old, very intelligent, and has become a vital part of the Army Reserve right out of high school this year. She is about to start college and after her basic training she was looking for a vehicle (her first). She and her mother chose Greg May Honda because of their reputation in our community here in Waco, Texas. They provide first time buyers, and those who are seasoned buyers the opportunity to purchase quality cars at a fair Price. Upon purchasing the vehicle, it broke down. Since my friend has to work, Early in the morning, her Daughter asked me would I go up to the dealership and help her negotiate with the Dealer concerning the car. J.R. assisted us from the time we walked into the building. He was Kind, Professional, and even took the time to research her car to find out exactly what was wrong. The Mechanics immediately started working on her vehicle. They're fixing her car now, and gave her a New Loner to go to her Army Reserve meetings. Courteous, Reliable, Professional, and Friendly SERVICE was their response to this first time buyer. She will be coming back and bringing others, and so will I. More
Never Never Never!!! I called this place and told them what was wrong with my car. Earlier that day, I had had the 2008 Accord checked out and I knew that the car needed I called this place and told them what was wrong with my car. Earlier that day, I had had the 2008 Accord checked out and I knew that the car needed a new Starter. The service manager insisted that the Accord needed to be put on the Diagnosis machine first before they do any work on the vehicle. The cost for a diagnosis is $60 dollars. Does this Honda Dealer need to gouge every costumer out of $60 even if you tell them what the problem is before they start? If I tell you what’s wrong or the problem with MY vehicle. My questions to this place is to the deal Why do I need to pay $60 for you, to tell me the same information? Rob More
