I have used GREG Hubler Ford for years and the service from Quick Lane has really gone down hill. Twice now I have asked them to change the oil and rotate tires on 2 vehicles and twice they told me it was from Quick Lane has really gone down hill. Twice now I have asked them to change the oil and rotate tires on 2 vehicles and twice they told me it was done and come to find out they never rotated tires. The first excuse was the lift was down, but never told the customer, just let me pay for the work and said it was done. The second time 6 months later, different car, they told me the service was done, and I found the rotation never happened as the front right tire had a mark my daughter put on it and it was still there after the rotation didn't happen. They then proceeded to tell me that oh the tire tread was such that they decided not to rotate them, yet told me it was done and didn't have any conversation with me, didn't reset oil life, didn't check tire pressure etc. MGMT wouldn't return my call to discuss the poor service I continue to receive. The report I got was more interested in finding something wrong than even completed the two things they were supposed to do which was change the oil and rotate tires. I went back to have them correct the tires but again they never reset the tire pressure to spec and left oil life at 16%. I was in for my work vehicle to have the oil changed and tires rotated, they came back to tell me my rear brakes were bad and rotors needed replaced. I said go ahead and complete the work. They then came back and said we're sorry the rear axel needs pulled now to do the work, this will have to be done in the main shop, for $1100 plus rotors and shoes. I felt this was a bit high, so asked to come back at a later date. I stopped by ED Martin Ford who gave me an exact quote for $700 which I gave them the work. When the work was completed the repair came back in the $680 Range. I want a dealer that cares, honest with me, and completes the work as expected. What has happened to their service is unacceptable and I don't feel I have trust with these people any further. I again called in and requested to speak to a manager over service, I could tell the gentleman on the phone was blowing me off, and that would be correct no one returned my phone call to discuss. Not sure what you do with such a Large named dealer when this is the service that continues to be delivered. I wonder how many people are getting deceived that don't have any repair work experience or understanding, but trust what the service adviser is telling them. Very sad, and no I wanted nothing out of this, just to advise them of my experiences with them, and hope to make a change, but they must not really care from what I've seen. More
I purchased our 2016 Lincoln MKX from Greg Hubler Ford in Muncie. I have had all of our service doe there as well as oil changes and tire replacement. I cannot say enough good things about Christopher Wilkin Muncie. I have had all of our service doe there as well as oil changes and tire replacement. I cannot say enough good things about Christopher Wilkinson and Jordan Hines. They respect me when I explain the cars issues and get down to business getting the issues fixed. I purchased the Lincoln from Chet Smith, and he was great to work with. When it comes time to buy a new car, he'll be the one I talk to. I am happy with all the staff at Greg Hubler and will continue to use and refer them to anyone I know. More

They also recommended replacing the shocks and struts on my truck. I purchased a warranty when I purchased the truck and they made the call to the warranty company and got the service approved. Chris said he would call me when the parts came in and we could set up an appointment. I hadn’t heard anything by mid October (over two months later) so I called and a note was left for him to call me back. This happened twice with no call back either time. Finally I called a third time and was able to talk with him and set an appointment for the shocks and struts for a week later. I took the truck in at 730am and was under the impression the work was being performed. I called them at 545pm (15 minutes before they closed) and asked what the status of my truck was. Chris told me he was sorry, but the parts did not get delivered like they were supposed to. Not only did I not get the parts installed, I was also out a vehicle until the following day and I had to arrange a way to get to work by 6am. A little communication goes a long way. The complete lack of follow-up and communication is unacceptable. I don’t know how a business can thrive when business is conducted the way greg hubler practices. More
4 months ago went to get a water pump changed, I had called to ask that since the water pump going out is a VERY well known issues with this model car and that it is so expensive to fix if they would wo called to ask that since the water pump going out is a VERY well known issues with this model car and that it is so expensive to fix if they would work on the price of it with me to retain a customer. The employee told me they could do it for 1500$, AFTER they get it tore down he calls to say he miscalculated the cost and that it would be 2700$, THEN he calls the next day to tell me the mechanic broke the valve cover that it was going to be another 300$. At this point i felt completely scammed. Just last week my new mechanic had to have the explorer towed to ford after a crank shaft sensor was replaced and needed reprograming, ford called and said they couldnt start it to program the sensor because the power control module was bad. They called me and quoted 1900$ to fix, but then quoted our mechanic who had it towed there 1600$. Then we called a hubler ford in shelbyville and they said they could do it for 1100$. Got it down to shelbyville and they fixed it for 280$, the pcm just needed flashed and the original programing put back on it. This dealership is scamming people out of their money. And the said part is they are doing it because they know people cant take their cars some where else most of the time. I had 4 other mechanics tell me they wouldnt replace the water pump before i reluctantly took it to them. More

I drive a lot so I have visited the service department for oil changes 5 times since then. The entire staff has always been so professional and they are very customer service oriented. So far every visit has cost me at least $20 less than any jiffy lube visit I ever had. I personally will never go anywhere else. More
Great vehicles, Great warranties, Great service. I purchased a used vehicle from Dellen Ford because of the relationship I have with Charles Venable (General Manager) from his earlier days with Stoop I purchased a used vehicle from Dellen Ford because of the relationship I have with Charles Venable (General Manager) from his earlier days with Stoops Buick as a salesman. Charles has always been very honest and fair with me, and although he is no longer a salesman, I will continue to buy vehicles from where ever he works because of his passion for fairness and excellence, which I have grown accustomed to. He is a good Christian man driven by high values. He will drive this Ford dealership to become the best dealership in Muncie because he actually cares about each individual customer, and that is very refreshing to me. They have great vehicles, great service, and really care about their customers. More

The coil had just been replace by took a truck to them for a check engine light. they told me it was a bad coil and charged me $80 for diagnostics. The coil had just been replace by someone else so I took it there to get replaced. they checked out the coil and said it was ok. Told Bill McCoy service that they mis diagnosed. I was pretty much told tough luck, they would not give me my money back. We have grown and now have 8 company vehicles, none to to Bill McCoy Ford. I now take them clear over to Greenville, OH to Dave Knapp Ford. A lot longer drive but much better service. More
