The sales associate, Constance Harris met us as we pulled onto the lot to begin the search process for a Ford F150. She sincerely listened to our needs and shared her vast knowledge about the truck. Her no pressure approach helped us feel comfortable and created a sense of trust. She willingly encouraged us to drive the vehicle and see if it fit. After determining which vehicle was right, she tirelessly worked to ensure that our pricing was what we were able to afford. The general manager, Charles Veneable spoke with us and assured that he would do all he could to make sure we were satisfied with our vehicle and the pricing and he did just that. The process was smooth and we walked away with what we feel is the best vehicle we could have purchased. The process of purchase from start to finish was centered around one thing; making sure we were satisfied customers for LIFE!!! Thank you Dellen Ford More

I purchased a used vehicle from Dellen Ford because of the relationship I have with Charles Venable (General Manager) from his earlier days with Stoop I purchased a used vehicle from Dellen Ford because of the relationship I have with Charles Venable (General Manager) from his earlier days with Stoops Buick as a salesman. Charles has always been very honest and fair with me, and although he is no longer a salesman, I will continue to buy vehicles from where ever he works because of his passion for fairness and excellence, which I have grown accustomed to. He is a good Christian man driven by high values. He will drive this Ford dealership to become the best dealership in Muncie because he actually cares about each individual customer, and that is very refreshing to me. They have great vehicles, great service, and really care about their customers. More

They offered me $16,000 for my trade even though i was offered $18,500 at another Ford dealership in Anderson. They wouldnt work with me on price OR on trade value. I have since bought my new truck and i will never be going back to Dellen. They obviously dont care about their customers. More

He went above and beyond in customer service, making the experience all about us. We met with some other knowledgeable and friendly staff. Matt, in financials took care of all our paperwork and Rick, head of service department, explained in detail Dellen's "Warranty Forever" program. The salesman was very good, informative, clearly proud of his product, and did not pressure me at all. The staff was very professional while also maintaining a very personable approach. My hat is off to the salesman, Willard Troutman and to the finance person (cannot recall his name) who helped me complete all of the necessary paperwork. He was also personable, friendly and did not pressure me into buying any additional warranty coverage that was available. I have done business with this dealership for over two years and I have always found the service department very helpful and so easy to work with. Overall, I rate this dealership as a top star place do business with! All of the staff have always been very friendly and personable and professional, which I appreciate so much!! More
mis diagnosis took a truck to them for a check engine light. they told me it was a bad coil and charged me $80 for diagnostics. The coil had just been replace by someone else so I took it there to get replaced. they checked out the coil and said it was ok. Told Bill McCoy service that they mis diagnosed. I was pretty much told tough luck, they would not give me my money back. We have grown and now have 8 company vehicles, none to to Bill McCoy Ford. I now take them clear over to Greenville, OH to Dave Knapp Ford. A lot longer drive but much better service. More
My experience with Bill McCoy Ford started out fine for regular maintenance. Once my car (2002 Ford Focus) had an actual problem is when it went down hill. I brought it to the Ford service center thinki regular maintenance. Once my car (2002 Ford Focus) had an actual problem is when it went down hill. I brought it to the Ford service center thinking if there was a place that would be able to figure out what is wrong and fix it right, it was Ford. Couldn't have been more wrong! I brought it in 3 times for the same problem... my car would occasionally shake and run rough on start but would eventually stop and run normally once I drove it a little while. The first time they had my car for 3 days and could not duplicate the issue, charged me to replace a hose that they thought had a hole in it and hoped that would help. Second time (2 weeks later) the check engine light came on after the same experience happened above, brought it in and same thing. They were not sure whats going on ... replaced my spark plugs hoping that would fix the problem. Happened a third time, brought it in. Two days later I got a call from them stating that my engine had died on the test drive and it would cost me $4000 to replace or I could junk it. Throughout this ordeal I never got the feeling from them that there was an engine issue what so ever. After this ordeal when faced with the prospect of having no car (and loosing a car I had for 10 years and took very good care of) there was no help or sympathy. They couldn't even tell me what was really wrong with the engine, just that they would need to put in a new one. I took it to another place for a second opinion and they helped me understand that the issue and that it should have been caught the 2nd time I came in to Ford by performing a simple compression test. Had the techs and service managers used a little thought during my situation ... and maybe listened to me ... this would have possibly been prevented. To make matters worse they deny that they didn't fix the problems that I came in for since they got the check engine light to go off "the problem must have been resolved" ...even though I brought it in for the same issue every single time. No integrity or compassion in the workers here. Save your self the trouble and go somewhere else for repairs. More
