The initial interactions was good. I went to the dealership Friday January 6, 2023 to see and get the truck. The truck bumper was messed up. The salesman ( Andrew popp) told me that t I went to the dealership Friday January 6, 2023 to see and get the truck. The truck bumper was messed up. The salesman ( Andrew popp) told me that the bumper was on back order and that it just came in. He told me that I could leave the truck there to get it fixed or I could take it and get it fixed at another body shop and that they would send the bumper to them. So I left my truck there so they could fix it since it was already there. They didn't replace the bumper but had a mobile bumper person repair it kind of. The bumper color doesn't match so it's two toned and it bumpy where they did the repairs at and not smooth to the touch. They delivered the truck to me the following Tuesday and we I got off work I noticed that the passenger side mirror was broken and the passenger side fog light was out. I took pictures and called my salesman to tell him about it. He said that the managers said that the truck was sold as is. I told him that I understand that but the passenger side mirror was not broken when I test drove the truck. He said that he was going to talk to the manager and get back with me. No one has going back with me as of yet. More
