I brought my vehicle in as I was experiencing some major shaking and vibrations coming from the truck's front end. On the morning of 6/13, I hit a small bump while driving and my vehicle nearly bounced off shaking and vibrations coming from the truck's front end. On the morning of 6/13, I hit a small bump while driving and my vehicle nearly bounced off the road. I had to stop completely to regain control. I brought the truck to your shop suspecting the tires may have been out of balance, as I purchased my tires from the dealership in November. The technicians looked at my vehicle for over thirty minutes. After which I was told, "Yes, the tires were very out of balance and that the rims must be bent as they could not balance the tire. It is requesting over 5 ounces of weight.". I took my vehicle to a second service place for further inspection. They found immediately that the camber pin on my passenger side lower control arm was completely sheared off. The passenger side tire could fold underneath the truck with minimal effort and travel as much as 8 inches improperly. I have videos if you would like to see them. How did your technicians miss such an obvious issue? How did they possibly let me drive that vehicle off of your lot? I find it very hard to trust the service and inspection at Greg Hubler after this experience. I have purchased 6 vehicles from this dealership and have had you do all my service. I need two new vehicles as my kids are becoming of driving age. I do believe that this situation will require me to rethink the relationship with this dealership. More
I bought my used GMC Sierra there 10 months ago and have put less than 7,000 miles on it. It was due for it's first oil change and I mentioned that the transmission was slipping in low gears. The mechanic c put less than 7,000 miles on it. It was due for it's first oil change and I mentioned that the transmission was slipping in low gears. The mechanic couldn't replicate the issue but said I had a transmission cooler line leaking that needed replaced. I said ok, do the repairs because it is under the 12 month/12,000 mile warranty. Come to find out the salesman SOLD me this vehicle with said warranty but per Greg Hubler, my contract stated that I only had 6month/6000 mile warranty due to the mileage when it was purchased. They offered to do the repairs at a discounted rate but then cancelled the repairs, stating I would be receiving a call from their general manager. No one ever called me back. I had my trusted mechanic take a look and it will indeed need a new transmission. Plus, there is some type of lawsuit pending against GMC because of these faulty transmissions. It was also completely missing sway bar links in the front end, which they had to have sold it to me with those missing. I will never do business with Greg Hubler Chevrolet and I advise anyone looking for a used vehicle do their research before making a purchase from them. So much for the certified pre-owned benefits and empty promises they make! More

The customer service was excellent, from the moment I walked in the door until I picked up my vehicle. I was contacted quickly when an issue was discovered that I did not know about.
