Terrible service. Truck keeps getting shut off through their lowjack system. They don't know why seeing that I am current on all payments and that has been the case si Truck keeps getting shut off through their lowjack system. They don't know why seeing that I am current on all payments and that has been the case since I signed the contract. I also had some work done recently with the front Rack. When the new rack was installed they did it incorrectly by not greasing and caused abrasive edges to the O-rings that connect to power steering pump. Power Steering fluid was spraying out at the connections, called the shop, and was told to immediately bring the truck back in. Then I was told that it needed a new power steering pump to fix the new problem that was created. After charging me over $500 for a "new" power steering pump I discovered that it is not new, that it is just cleaned up and new O-rings put in ($12). This is another auto company that rips their customers off. Cars are always being worked on in their shop 365 a year that should tell ya something. More

Bought 2020 Challenger, 9200 mi. 11/24/21. Drove 300 mi to find the one I wanted. Bought in evening almost dark Had sticker on windshield that said Certified Pre-Owned. Figured it would be in great shape. to find the one I wanted. Bought in evening almost dark Had sticker on windshield that said Certified Pre-Owned. Figured it would be in great shape. CarFax showed they gotten the vehicle recently from a Dodge dealer. Noticed odd vibration while making the trip back. Didn't notice it during test drive due to rough freeway and limited time that they gave. Two weeks later, removed rear wheels to install mud flaps. Found chunks of rubber missing clear down to the cords which were rusty. And they left this car off the lot that way? So glad it didn't blow out causing a wreck, injuries or even worse! Also found oil leak in rear end and on engine. Salesman said previous owner took great care of it and was a non-smoker. Now it wreaks of smoke once the interior perfume they use wore off. Said they would send the extra key fob with paperwork since it was getting late and being an older gentleman didn't want to mess with it. Plus driving the whole way home after dark. Well, no working extra fob. One they sent does not go to the vehicle and can't be reprogrammed. Cannot believe they had the car on the lot in this poor of condition. With back issues didn't get down on the ground to check it out like I used to. But being Certified Pre-Owned thought it would be ok. My bad. Now at 667 miles since purchased, its parked for the season. 300 mi was on the way home. Not one to abuse vehicles and never have. But someone beat on this one. Wish I never bought it at all. Plus I trusted CarFax. Staff was pleasant to work with. Just wish I never bought it or at least not from the Greg Coats dealership! What a rip! More
I already owned a 2003 Jeep Liberty so I am no stranger to consistently paying for work to be done on that car. But I was helped by Bishop which he made me feel like he would take care of me and place me i to consistently paying for work to be done on that car. But I was helped by Bishop which he made me feel like he would take care of me and place me in a car that was reliable and one that I wouldn’t have to put any money towards repairs any time soon. (By the way I am a college student who currently live in Louisville but goes to school in Maryland) so I needed a car that was inexpensive and not a project car. I ended up with a Nissan Xterra, when I test drove it ALL THE ELECTRICALS WERE WORKING IN THE CAR!!! When I signed off on it and drove the car off the lot I realized my tail lights were not working and the lights inside the car were all off and barely visible. And random lights on the dashboard would come on and off as well as the passenger air bag sign was blinking. When I checked under the hood the fuse box was completely exposed as well as fuses worn and blown out which I found out the tail light bulbs were shorted by the faulty fuses. I was incredibly pissed because they sold me a car knowing I have to drive 8hrs with the car back to Maryland a few days after I bought it!! That’s incredibly dangerous and terrible terrible salesmanship. I will gladly pay this car off soon and I am getting another one just not from them! They screwed me over on this car!!! More

I was here back in November 2020 when my motor died in a 2013 Dodge Journey. I was upside down in the current loan but i needed a vehicle- mine was done. Bishop and the finance guy talked me through a coupl 2013 Dodge Journey. I was upside down in the current loan but i needed a vehicle- mine was done. Bishop and the finance guy talked me through a couple options for vehichles. I was eyeing a truck but its mileage wasn't going to work for a loan. They took the time to explain what the situation was as far as getting approved. They got me into a 2014 Mercedes which was leaps and bounds above what i was driving but kept my payments about the same as i was paying. It turned out to have XM radio which got me a 24hr religious channel. That station helped me through a very rough Christmas last year, where my Dodge didn't have it. The team at GC cars did not know me or my personal situation but their actions directly positively impacted my life for the better. Their efforts inside the office were AMAZING!!! The long term impact will have me recommending them for life. They arent there for your money... they are there FOR YOU. More
Bought a 09 Chrysler Town n Country. Soon as we left engine light came on. They got my savings, and old car. Won't fix the van. Even though I am looking at a 700 to 800 dollar fix. They had their mechan engine light came on. They got my savings, and old car. Won't fix the van. Even though I am looking at a 700 to 800 dollar fix. They had their mechanics reset the engine light so it was off when it was test drove. They say they reduced the price substantially yet they made over $6,000 off me. I am a mother of 5, I need the van for the convinence. Its a "limited" that has NOTHING! REMOTE START won't work bc the check engine light is on, no DVD players, backup camera is a joke and the radio won't hold presets and randomly shuts itself off. They purchased the van for only $4,000 at a dealer auction. I paid $8,780 cash and traded my car for $1,000. The only offer their service guy could give was bring it back 3hrs away my guys will look at it but I won't guarantee we fix it for free. I drove 3hrs to get the van, only to be cheated and lied too. A mother of 5 kids whose man is a truck driver cannot just drop everything and run 3hrs away for liars. I have also contacted the better business Bureau. During all this covid mess to scam someone is an all time low! More
