I Just got a Jeep from your location and it does indeed feel like the transmission is giving out. Took it to a mechanic and he confirmed what I suspected and more with photos for proof. I told Jay what car I wanted and he found it quickly. The buying process was very easy and straightforward. No hidden fees or charges. Best of all Jay took care of everything. He discovered it needed new brakes so had new pads and rotaries installed. He had the car detailed for me. When I drove home the check engine light came on. Jay assured me he would fix any issues at his expense. It turned out to be something minor and he took care of it. He gave me a follow up call to see if everything was okay. Jay went out of his way to communicate with me throughout the buying process and was incredibly respectful. On the basis of my experience I highly recommend Jay and Greenwood Automotive. More
