I started bringing my car to you after moving here three years ago. I had been pleased until the last two visits. They changed the oil but did not rotate the tires in December or wash the car which had alwa years ago. I had been pleased until the last two visits. They changed the oil but did not rotate the tires in December or wash the car which had always been done in the past. I brought the car back in January for tire rotation. They said that it was time for oil change and I waited twenty minutes while they figured things out. They called to say the car was ready and I asked if they washed it and they said that they were susposed to wash and vacuum the car. Again it was not washed or vacuumed. I had always been pleased and hope that in the future I can be again. More

Brought my vehicle in for oil change and to try to get some missing parts repaired and a check engine light (ac sensor low switch) diagnosed. After 4 1/2 hours there with an appointment the only thing tha some missing parts repaired and a check engine light (ac sensor low switch) diagnosed. After 4 1/2 hours there with an appointment the only thing that was completed was the oil change. They would not address the check engine light or replace any missing parts that were found after buying the new/used vehicle. After complaining about the issues to the sales manager they still wouldn’t honor any warranty work since the items were cosmetic. Overall the sales department and associates were useless and ignorant of the cars they sell. Would not waist my time with them. Will get all my warranty work done somewhere else. Oh, the ac check engine light was found to be the system was over pressurized. It was a 1 year old Nissan Altima with 10k miles on it. More
Roy is the greatest service representative I’ve ever encountered. I was traveling from Winter Garden Fl to Hickory NC and just before Brunswick Ga my maintenance oil/filter warning came on. I called encountered. I was traveling from Winter Garden Fl to Hickory NC and just before Brunswick Ga my maintenance oil/filter warning came on. I called and talked to Roy and he told me what exit to get off of from I-95. Roy said they could get my car in and out in 30 minutes. He informed the service technician that I was about 15 minutes away so they were ready for me. I appreciate all that Roy and service tech did. I didn’t want to drive another 5 hours and damaged my car. I was trying to get to my brothers house in Hickory NC before it got to dark. So I thank Greenway Nissan for getting me there . When I left home Saturday I didn’t realize I was getting close to time to my oil change. My brother who lives in Hickory NC has terminal cancer and my visit with Roy and Greenway dealership helped eased my mind that I would make my trip with no more problems. I really appreciate Roy and his help. More
