The service manager that worked on our car was great, she went over the paperwork and replaced the part that was under the recall, in which the local repair shop did for us also, with some part that that they got from Amazon, they did not tell us that there was any recall on our car until we told them that we called you. My husband was very impressed with the service that he received from your dealership. More

Service went from great to HORRIBLE service!! They "supposedly" fixed my air after keeping my car for two weeks and we paid them $1500.00 and 2 months later, it's stopped working again and they ar They "supposedly" fixed my air after keeping my car for two weeks and we paid them $1500.00 and 2 months later, it's stopped working again and they are trying to charge us again to keep guessing at what could be wrong! The owner yelled and cursed at me! I am in complete shock, because the service went from outstanding to absolutely horrible!!! Now I still have no air in my new Pathfinder and the owner will not fix the problem! More
Job Well Done I called ahead and set the service time. When I arrived, I was greeted by part of the service staff. My car seat was covered to protect it from any po I called ahead and set the service time. When I arrived, I was greeted by part of the service staff. My car seat was covered to protect it from any possible damage. I went in to the lounge and in just a few minutes, my car was headed into the service area. Everything was handled quickly and professionally and as a final touch they asked me if I'd like my car washed. I said yes and in just a few minutes more, I received my car, serviced and washed. First class experience with service staff I arrived at my scheduled time for a 15,000 mile service for my 2012 Murano. The Service writer had the paperwork ready and I was given a choice of 3 I arrived at my scheduled time for a 15,000 mile service for my 2012 Murano.
