Amazing Customer Service This Nissan dealership is amazing, I went to get my AC fixed by them back in March and they were friendly and helpful, Danielle was extremely pleasant This Nissan dealership is amazing, I went to get my AC fixed by them back in March and they were friendly and helpful, Danielle was extremely pleasant and worked to get me in and out in a timely fashion.. I recently came back to get my brakes done and as soon as I pulled Danielle recognized me and was eager to help me get checked in. Unfortunately I’m heading back to Atlanta for the summer until next semester but if I do have car problems again I would definitely go back to them for service!!! More

Smoke and mirrors This is the 53rd vehicle I have owned and this dealership changed hands two years after I purchased my vehicle. The overall performance of the service This is the 53rd vehicle I have owned and this dealership changed hands two years after I purchased my vehicle. The overall performance of the service department, while still adequate, is not what it once was. The service manager, Lexie, is superior in her field and her attention to detail. Trouble is that new personnel are obviously without a clue as to what the job entails and Lexie is the glue holding the front service together. As I said, adequate, but could stand some better personnel who appear to want to promote service with some degree of knowledge...otherwise, don't leave them alone until they [service advisors] are fully prepared to do the job. Long story. Only game in town. Might think they would act like they were the best game in town. Additionally, I do not care to have service appointments made from a remote location. More

Drive Belt replacements Excellent Service provided by both the parts and service department. Walked in with a problem and waked out in less than 2 hours. Parts were available Excellent Service provided by both the parts and service department. Walked in with a problem and waked out in less than 2 hours. Parts were available and they were able to replace them on the spot. I thought i was gonna have to wait for parts and to schedule an appointment. Excellent Service and recommend it 100%. More
This dealership tried to rip me off I would love for corporate to call me. Took my 2016 Titan XD in for oil change. Had a $24.95 coupon but told it might take synthetic. Danielle, my ser I would love for corporate to call me. Took my 2016 Titan XD in for oil change. Had a $24.95 coupon but told it might take synthetic. Danielle, my service advisor was awesome! Told her if it took synthetic then go ahead. I go to pay the bill and it’s $210+. I looked at the bill and they charged me for two cartridges. Once I inquired about it with the parts person and my service technician, they told me it was mandatory to change the fuel filters every oil change to maintain my power train warranty on my deisel. Problem is, Inhabe a gas engine. The tech began to argue with me telling me I had a diesel. Any normal service tech would be able to tell me if I had a diesel or gas engine not only by the smell of the fuel, but the positioning of the fuel filters. My gasoline fuel filter is located in the bottom of my fuel tank and the fuel pump has to be removed to change it. So the technician has basically lied to me about changing my fuel filters and tried to charge me for them, and then argue about my engine I had. And then have the xxxxx to tell me he changed my fuel filters. Completely unacceptable and would never recommend this dealership because they bill you for service they don’t perform. I’m willing to complain all the way to corporate about this unethical behavior and contact the BBB., I am at a loss for words. More

They made sure I knew that they were shorthanded that day & would do their best to get me out as soon as possible. During my waiting time, I was checked on several times to see if wanted something to drink and to let me know what was going on. More
