I bought car from Nalley made one payment & engine blew out. They towed it to their shop.. Never heard from them until I called them at very end of the day.They said they couldn't fix it and my responsibil out. They towed it to their shop.. I was not happy and i made sure they knew it..called Roy at Greenway he took care of everything from towing it in to rental car.. It was all under warranty.He kept me informed t/o the whole ordeal..As female who hates going to car dealerships he made the experience so much nicer.. More
