SERVICE REPAIR Service engine light kept coming and I heard a flapping sound when I drove, on so I brought my car in to be put on the diagnostic machine. Fix a bad battery I bought a used car with a bad battery. They replaced it for free. They should have noticed it from the start when they did their maintenance checks o I bought a used car with a bad battery. They replaced it for free. They should have noticed it from the start when they did their maintenance checks on the vehicle. Someone had to jump start the car multiple times because it would not crank. Someone in the service department (and other employees) who tried to start it were negligent in not reporting the issue. Mr Richard was very persistant on helping me out because he said it should have never happened and any repairs would have been reflected in the price. More
