Crappy work and overpriced I took my car in for one issue to be repaired. My car was in good condition otherwise (I had just had it inspected less than two weeks prior). I literally drove on the lot with only my ac needing work. I drove off the lot with another issue. I immediately called the service department about the issue. It has still not been addressed appropriately. After over 5 years of being a loyal customer I am now taking my business elsewhere. And I was overcharged for labor on what work they did do! Update: I tried working with the service manager to resolve this issue. My gas gauge that the dealer broke is still not repaired correctly and after driving my car to the dealership to have the gas gauge repaired, they tried to tell me they couldn’t bring me my car because the battery was dead. WTH??? And at no time did they have any work to do in the back seat but my back windows were rolled down and there was dirty shoe prints on the carpet. I was originally charged 3 hours of labor to fix my ac and they only did an hours worth of work. My gas gauge which was working properly when I took it to the dealer originally to have my ac fixed and then again to have it repaired is still not working properly, and my car is filthy with dirty footprints. This dealer gives Nissan a bad name! If I could give it less than one star I would. More

Great Representatives always check on me, give me an update on time, only had one experience that took longer than they said it would. Skilled and talented service personel Had a very annoying rattle. Service tech would not give up until it was found and corrected. Transmission "bumps" into gear after a complete stop. Still doing it a little and will see if it is self correcting over time after tech lubricated slip joint on the drive shaft. Entire service crew was very helpful and pleasant to work with. More

Needless charge I went in for an oil change and was charged for a 115 point inspection that I didn't need. I was told my battery needed replaced, I asked them to please check again because it was recently replaced. Service wrote up regular oil instead of synthetic oil but mechanic caught error. I have been taking my Infiniti 2004 M-45 automobile to dealership for well over 10 years. I should have talked to Lexie!!! More

Top Noch & Two Thumbs Up Broke down on I-95, heading to PA from Orlando, FL on a Sunday. Coil pack was bad. Had the car towed to Awesome Nissan, 20 min. from where I broke down, but Dealership was closed. Placed key in the dropbox and called them on Monday @ 7:30 AM. Spoke to Danielle (Service Scheduling) whom, did her very best to place my vehicle as top priority, try to get us back on the road by early afternoon and also had me speak to the service tech. The car was also, almost due for a Tune-Up and oil change when I got back to PA. Tech told me, spark plugs didn’t look to good, and either way, he will put us back on track the same day. I didn’t want to take anymore chances, so, I had Awesome Nissan take care of everything - Tune-up, oil change, coil pack and so on. Tech performed a full inspection of the vehicle afterward and found a very small leak in the exhaust, easy to get it repaired a my Nissan dealership. I drove home 790 miles from Brunswick and the car felt like new. We’ve purchased 6 new Nissans in the last 13 years from our PA dealership, but wouldn’t mind driving 790 miles to buy my next Nissan at Awesome Nissan in Brunswick. As I said above, 2 thumbs up for both of them and thank you for getting us back home, safe and sound. More
