making an appointment means faster service? i had an 8:45am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. it was almost an hour after that when my truck was taking in to be worked on. it w i had an 8:45am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. it was almost an hour after that when my truck was taking in to be worked on. it was well after 11:45am when i left. it was very obvious that they worked on a first come first serve basis; therefore ignoring my appointment. this is totally unacceptable. i had to change my plans for the day due to the extensive wait that i endured. there were things that i could not even take care of on the only day i had available to me. Worst experience I took my Nissan in for a sound it was making when it sat for a while like 8 hrs or so and they told me they never heard the sound, but fixed two reca I took my Nissan in for a sound it was making when it sat for a while like 8 hrs or so and they told me they never heard the sound, but fixed two recalls so I went to pick it up and they tried to charge me a fee for the diagnostic test after they said it was free because it was a recall and my car is well under warranty, so the lady tried to call the person who was in charge over my car service and no answer because at this point it’s 5:45 and they closed at 6 so she then said they would call tomorrow if I owed anything after that she had to look for my keys for 5 minutes before returning them to me. I finally got in my car and the next morning I head to work it still makes the same noise. Called them and took it back up to the place and they again after my car being there over night and all the next day said there was no problem. So the next day I was late to work because I had to go crank my car for them to hear the noise when I know they heard it twice before, but this time they couldn’t deny because I was sitting right there when the noise started right after I cranked it for them. They then called at 5 pm and said they found the problem and would order the part and it could be in the next day. I told them I had been without my ride for 4 days and I needed a loaner , they said they didn’t do that any more when it was in my contract for the extra warranty I bought on the car. Finally I had enough because tomorrow makes 5 days without my car, I called the warranty place ,then went to Nissan and talked to a service manager who said my car would be fixed by tomorrow or I would get a loaner. Such a headache when the problem should have been fixed the first time I took it up there. More
