Inaccurate phone info, poor customer service, questionable d Phone rep scheduled an appointment for me on a Saturday but supposedly they are closed for service on Saturday. Person that was in service told me they dont repair on Saturday then didn't address me again until 45 minutes later. No car rental service on site and problems arranging one from a local car rental office. Incorrect or deceptive diagnostic masking me pay for repairs when it is covered under warranty. Gm would not come out of his office, only relay info to me thru employees. Quite possibly the worst overall dealer experience ever! Inflated prices... $1200 for a radiator and $30 for a radiator cap that I could buy for $3! More
Service I brought my car three times for the same issue. The first time they didn’t hear either of the noises. The second time I came they heard one of the noises, Lexi put me in s rental car due to me being inconvenienced since I live in St.marys and I drove up one morning just for the noise to be heard to then return my car after hours so I could go to work. A technician sat in my car with me to try to hear the noises and told me that it wasn’t really a good time since someone had just quit and then there were multiple people gone. My brand new car was low on Freon and an engine mount was broke. How is that possible in a new car!?? I was told it was normal wear and tear. Daniele was my point of contact for service and it was like playing tag gettinfnant answers. You could tell that she was getting tired of me calling with questions. I picked up my car after hours last Friday since I work until 630 every day and couldn’t take any more time off of work since I had already had to take the morning off on Tuesday to bring my car to the shop to begin with. When I picked it up Friday the main noise and was concerned with was still happening. I left the rental and took my cR home. I called my dad upset that I felt like I was being pushed around. He brought my car back on Saturday and told the service department that while he was driving it did it to him. I got a call saying that there was insulation added to my car so it’ll stop the noise that they supposedly didn’t hear. If you don’t hear it why are you adding insulation. To me that’s putting a band aid on a problem. That’s a quick fix to something down the road that is going to occur. I got a call from Danielle on Monday asking whennim bringing the rental car back. I explained I live 45 minutes away and that I couldn’t come Monday due to my daughter having cheer until 8, and the same thing on Tuesday. She said she’d call me back and I never received a call. I called back Monday and she was gone. I called first thing Tuesday and didn’t receive s return call until mid day, and when I got the call she was very rude. I once again called my dad because at this point I’m frustrated. I chose this dealership to buy my car because at the time it seemed like if there was ever an issue I was in good hands. I don’t feel that way now. Lexi told me that she would send a driver to Kingsland to pick up the car from my job. I was fine with that until I asked a question about returning the rental with no gas. I was concerned that if I filled it up by the time he returned it the gas level would obviously go down and I would be charged a penalty fee for it not being exact. I explained that to Lexi when the driver called her and she told me to call enterprise. I called enterprise and asked them and they asked if I wasn’t returning it who was, I told them that an employee from Nissan was and was then told that he was not permitted to drive the vehicle. If anything happened I would be at fault since he wasn’t on the contract. The driver called lexi and explained the situation and you could tell she was beyond annoyed. I was told I could take the rental to the location in Camden, but then the driver would have to re rent the car to drive back. Lexi told me he could take my car back to Brunswick and then I could return the rental car to the dealer when I got off. I did not like that, so there’s more miles out in my car with another un needed Trip back. This whole process has already cost me a tank of gas. I am a single mom who works almost 60 hours a week, so all of this has been a night mare. I told her that that’s wasnt an option. I called my dad once again and he told me to bring the rental car and the driver back when I get off. So, bless his heart, the Nissan employee rhT drove my car down was so kind and patient with this whole ordeal. He stayed until I got off at 615 and then drove back to Brunswick. I am highly disappointed with this whole situation More

They messed up but went out of their way to fix it. I took my QX60 to the Nissan dealership for an oil change since there is no INFINITI dealership nearby. I initially thought I had a great experience, I took my QX60 to the Nissan dealership for an oil change since there is no INFINITI dealership nearby. I initially thought I had a great experience, until I noticed a few days later that my car was leaking oil. The people in the service center at Awesome Nissan managed not to screw my oil drain bolt on sufficiently (it was able to be turned a few times by hand and threads were visible), causing me to lose probably a quart of oil from my car. When the service manager found out, she had someone come pick my car up to take it and top off the oil, wash it, and bring it back. They are also sending powder to help lift the oil off my driveway and are refunding my oil change. While they screwed up initially, I'm impressed by the way they went out of their way to make it better. More
Worst experience I went to a service a appointment because my check engine light came on. I took it to autozone and got a diagnostic done and they said it was my throt I went to a service a appointment because my check engine light came on. I took it to autozone and got a diagnostic done and they said it was my throttle body. I brought it there and the service advisor Danielle was horrible. I understood the part where Nissan had to do their own diagnostic but everything else was completely lies. She first told me I had a bad battery and in order for them to do the diagnostic test I had to replace and that they wouldn’t be able to do it without me buying the battery. At this point I just brought the battery to get the diagnostic so I could get my car fix. After hours of waiting (wasted time) she came and said everything was fine it was just my battery. I asked her was she sure because the light goes on and off which I previously told her when she asked what was going on with the car. I also explained that it comes on when you sit in park or stopped at a light for a long time which she disregarded. I also asked her did she hook my car up to the diagnostic machine after she put the battery in and she said yes that it was just the battery. I leave and writhing two minutes guess what pops on??? My check engine light! At this point I’m upset because your sales advisor 🤥 lies. I call her back and she told me to bring the vehicle back which I did. After sitting again for over a hour she comes out to tell me that she don’t have the diagnostic machine to run the test on my car to figure out what’s wrong when she just told me that she hooked my car up to the diagnostic machine and that was the problem. At that point I am upset and still is Because basically she only cared about making a sale and not resolving the issue of my car. I called and spoke with the sales manager and she referred me to Jerry which is the reason I gave Nissan 2 stars because he went above and beyond and found the issue which was my throttle body immediately. He ordered the part and got it put in as soon as the part came in and was very courteous. This is the worst department ever besides Jerry More
