Tire emergency I had a tire blowout at a Dr.'s office nearby. I made it to Nissan on a wing and a prayer. They got me right in and then showed me that my other tires I had a tire blowout at a Dr.'s office nearby. I made it to Nissan on a wing and a prayer. They got me right in and then showed me that my other tires were on their way out as well. I was able to purchase all new tires from Nissan and have them put on right then. I don't recall their individual names but every employee I dealt with in the service and parts departments were very helpful, kind, and patient with me. More

Scheduled Maintenance Visit This was an early service visit. NOT happy with the call center located "somewhere" other than on sight. They do not provide accurate information as I asked about a vehicle recall on my new Versa. Was told that it could not be addressed at the service center on a weekend. WRONG...the service advisor on sight had it taken care of. So no problem on that count. But I am disappointed in calls for appointments being addressed by someone not at the dealership and apparently someone who schedules for many dealerships at one time.
