Emergency Woke up to a dead battery. Car was packed for a long trip. Was able to jump start and went to Nissan arriving at 7am. I got a new battery installed im Woke up to a dead battery. Understandably Frustrating I received an email regarding a warranty extension on my EVAP tube (the same email that all Nissan dealerships and owners received). After experiencin I received an email regarding a warranty extension on my EVAP tube (the same email that all Nissan dealerships and owners received). After experiencing significant issues with my gas tank, I called and made an appointment with Awesome Nissan Brunswick. No one at this dealership had heard about the email I received. After sitting there for 2.5 hours, Danielle came to inform me that no one was able to look at my car and I'd have to bring it by again. She was very apologetic, but the manager was "out of the office" so no one else could speak to me. I called the general Nissan customer service line and they were able to assist me with a new appointment. I showed for my new appointment on time and while they were able to fix the issue the second visit, a manager still did not come address the issue. Coming to a dealership that is unaware of the recall/warranty situation on vehicles they sell AND sitting there for almost 3 hours while no one informed you that no one could see the vehicle was incredibly frustrating. Danielle did her best to resolve the situation, but I did not have a pleasant experience with the Brunswick Nissan. I understand staffing issues, but do not make an appointment if you dont have the staff to support the work needing to get done. More

The Great Windshield Wiper Fiasco of 2018 My girlfriend and I were traveling back to Knoxville, TN from vacation in central Florida earlier this year when we encountered a pretty bad thunderst My girlfriend and I were traveling back to Knoxville, TN from vacation in central Florida earlier this year when we encountered a pretty bad thunderstorm on I-95. Suddenly, the main windshield wiper on my 2015 Altima malfunctioned and quit working altogether. We did a quick Google search, called Awesome Nissan, made an appointment, and stopped by to see if they could help us out. After about 30 to 45 minutes they had us back on the road and didn't charge us a dime. A huge thanks to Awesome Nissan for helping keep our vacation on track! Go see these awesome folks today! More
