Great Experience I had the unfortunate experience of breaking down 700 miles from home. We were on our way to Florida for Christmas. We had the good fortune to be 2 mi I had the unfortunate experience of breaking down 700 miles from home. We were on our way to Florida for Christmas. We had the good fortune to be 2 miles from Awesome Nissan. Beginning with my call for assistance, Danielle was awesome. She arranged transportation for us from where we broke down to Awesome Nissan. My Quest was evaluated quickly. Danielle gave me the news of the repair I needed. I ended up having to leave my van there for two weeks. With the help of Nissan, I was able to get the repairs done. I spent the first week trying to get my van transported to my home via an auto shipper. There were none available. It was Christmas week. The service center never pressured me to get my van moved quickly. There were no threats of towing or storage fees. Jason, the service manager, kept me informed and ran things smoothly. Once my repair was approved, it was completed in a timely fashion. When I returned to pick up my van, Danielle and Jason made me feel as if I was visiting family. I feel so blessed to have broken down so close to Awesome Nissan. More
Engine light keep coming on. The 3rd time. The first time I took my car out there I didn't have an appointment. They reset it. The 2nd time I made an appointment. They were running behind so I came back that afternoon. I had a small vac leak. Nobody to fix it so I made another appointment. #3. I get there around 8 and about 30m later she come and tell me they can't get to me but make another appointment and call before I come to let me know if they will fix it that day. Why the xxxx should I have to call if I have an appointment? I pay a sitter each time I come out there. VERY PISSED OFF. More

When we first started using the service center 2 years ago after moving here, we were disappointed comparing it to our former Nissan dealership servic When we first started using the service center 2 years ago after moving here, we were disappointed comparing it to our former Nissan dealership service center. But honestly, our last few visits have been so much more pleasant now that Danielle is on the team. She helped us the first time (I think) within her first week and she was great then, she's even more confident and helpful now. We appreciate her positive attitude! More
