From the moment Jason met with us, we knew we qould be treated fairly and our car would be taken care of. Piss poor Had car barely over a week and AC compressor needed fixed. Of course, we were going to be charged $800.00 when this was something that should’ve been Had car barely over a week and AC compressor needed fixed. Of course, we were going to be charged $800.00 when this was something that should’ve been known when car was inspected prior to sale. We were going to be charged just to charge the AC and were told by the GM “because we ( dealership ) lost $200 on the deal, we can’t fix it” We ended up giving the car back which dealership was very quick in doing, not really wanting to fix or try to fix anything. We even came back to try another deal but was told no r/t “only allowing certain finance guy to do my deals” More
fast service pretty fast and nice folks, and they let me use a coupon which helped on a synthectic oil change, since they cost more. Horrible Danielle was excellent. She helped so much, but beyond that the service team was not much help. No one seemed to know what they were talking about, ha Danielle was excellent. No one seemed to know what they were talking about, had to find three different people with three different opinions before someone could finally tell me what was actually done to my car. Got new tires the day before and they obvious did not inspect them because they told (the day after I got new tires) I needed to check out their selection so I could get NEWER ones. I’ve been twice and overall I’ve never been satisfied with my service. First time I went they tried forcing an oil change when I had received one the day prior at another dealership. Had the situations not been dire for me to come in I would have never set foot onto the lot. Also all the car salesmen are like vultures, I understand making a living but take a step back and hold off for 2 minutes. If I’m there for service don’t push a new car. More
