The day you came in Jason the advisor you where set up with was no longer employed at Awesome Nissan for your appointment. It takes time to inspect, perform a diagnosis, and estimate repairs and needs of a vehicle especially to the extent of $1000. I would like to say thank you for allowing us to service your vehicle. When your vehicle was dropped off to us for service the wrong VIN was provided to us. So off of that VIN information that the policy had been canceled. When we do the paper work it we pull the VIN from the car that did have the oil change plan(the same time you where checking on it). There was some additional work that was needed and approved. When the paperwork was billed there was an error in the processing of the bill. This was corrected and with any refund the banks take some time to refund money. Your visit was unique to as well with multiple different people involved but we have reviewed this and should be able to handle it better moving forward.
