Deer in Headlights I made a appointment for my visit. Received 3 emails telling me my technician would be Jason and I should ask for him upon arrival. Most recent email I made a appointment for my visit. Received 3 emails telling me my technician would be Jason and I should ask for him upon arrival. Most recent email was sent the night before appointment. Upon arrival I was greeted by a girl at a podium in the service area. When I told her I was supposed to see Jason, she gave me a "deer in headlights look" and advised "Jason no l9nger works here". OK, so I tried to explain what I needed for service on my car. She was looking one way and then another, never at me. It was obvious she was not paying attention to what I was saying. Purpose of my visit was a well car check before going on a trip. After sitting in the waiting area for 3 hours, I asked if they had done the diagnostics yet. That was when I finally got some quick action on the car. The guy waiting on me replied "has it been that long"? I had planned on having $1,000.00 in repairs done as needed but after a 3 hour wait to be diagnosed, I did not have time to get any repairs done. I paid $110.00 and got a carwash. I had high hopes for first class service which I did not receive. Very disappointed! The girl at podium told me all emails come from Florida and they don't know what goes on there??? I see you still have Jason listed as a employee. More

Need better car washer My car was not washed correctly and also was not vacuumed at all. The service manger was great. She did an amazing job. Terrible When my family member dropped off for service they were told that the service plan I had purchased with the vehicle had been canceled. I had to go to the dealership and involve the financial office to prove it had not been canceled. Even after that I was charged incorrectly for an air filter (95.00). The mistake was caught by a family member and I had to call the cashier to point out the problem. I am still waiting for the charge to be corrected on my account. I have been appalled with the disregard and carelessness my issues were handled. If I had not purchased the service plan I would never set foot on that dealership property again. More
