Mr. Rodriguez, Thank you for the purchase of your used vehicle! We strive to do best when cleaning all used car to make sure they are as clean as possible. However this process takes time to do, on average it takes about 1/2 day to perform a used vehicle detail for our lot. Your instance was a little abnormal as you had purchased it before it had been through the detail department. When you came in for your appointment and they took it to detail to perform a used car detail. How ever I assume that there was a communication issue that your vehicle was sold to you, with this the case they would remove all items to clean and prep it for the lot.
