Nissan Titan Service Review I’ve frequented the Awesome Nissan service dept since purchasing my brand new vehicle a year ago. As is the case with most vehicles, there have been a I’ve frequented the Awesome Nissan service dept since purchasing my brand new vehicle a year ago. As is the case with most vehicles, there have been a few repairs on cosmetic things, as well as some inspections/repairs under the hood. I have driven many cars and experienced a wide range of problems, including a complete vehicle shut down in one car while driving and have been without any and all safety features on the side of the road (including busy interstates) with my children in the vehicle. The problem was never fixed and, ultimately, for the safety of my family I had to get rid of it. I feel the Awesome Nissan Service Department has addressed every one of my concerns in a timely manner and fixed the problems to my satisfaction. I think most cars - at some point - will have recalls and cosmetic problems and, of course, all require regular maintenance/repairs. Despite the few things we’ve had to address with my Titan, I am beyond pleased with my purchase and feel confident with the service team and their competence. The safety of my family is *top* priority and I feel they do everything in their power to ensure a smooth ride. I love my Titan and am very happy with my experience with the Awesome Nissan Service Department. I will continue to use them for all my vehicle needs! More

Your excuse was that your technicians aren’t qualified, well your Salesmen aren’t either. And the “Extended Warranty” you shove down the throat of your customers isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. You definitely needed to change your name from AWESOME because y’all are AWFUL!!!! More
