Oil change, check tires, general inspection. I loved the ease of making the oil chg appt online. I also found a special for the synthetic oil chg I get. Saved more than 50%. However when I arrived the service personnel didn't even see that I had the special rate. Not sure if it didn't display to them or they just omitted looking at it. I would suggest that somehow service personnel get notified along with my appt. I always ask for a copy of the inspection sheet as my reference and to plan for future maintenance. I'm disappointed though that some items get a green check without noting the actual condition. For example, tire tread was not filled in, brake fluid was checked as needing immediate attention (red) when I actually had it flushed about 10K miles ago right at the same service center; it also shows all green cks for fluids but when I first came into the service center and asked about fluids they told me they only CK windshield washer fluid. I was concerned because I had to add coolant recently. They recommend replacement of drive belts and induction service at my next oil chg. It makes me suspect because other than mileage there appeared to be no inspection reflecting deterioration. My car has 54K miles. The inspection also shows a battery capacity test with results attached but there are no results. In addition, the brake pads indicate they are satisfactory yet no measurement is provided. My question is this: you provide a comprehensive inspection sheet that appears to be auto-filled, CK, CK, CK. Was everything actually measured/tested adequately? How can I have confidence in a report that shows no verifiable measurements? Danielle was a gem, trying to get answers for each of my questions. Either your Multi-Point Inspection needs to be executed as written or be revised. I recommend providing all the information on the current form. Thank you. More

She is extremely pleasant, communicates well and frequently so as a customer you know exactly what's going on. I took in a vehicle I just purchased for a check engine light and installation of a trailer hitch that was part of the purchase deal. Initially scheduling was at my convenience and everything went well, check engine problem resolved, hitch installed and they also took care of a recall while it was there. My issue was whoever's installed the hitch forgot to install the wiring, and it is unclear if this was actually done at dealership or sent out. Went home to hook up my boat for a fishing and trip and discovered problem, thus my 3 star instead of 5 star rating. The problem was resolved but an extra trip and day without vehicle was required, and I feel the actual service folks should have verified complete installation if they didn't do the job themselves. Final rate...office staff 5 stars plus, jury still out on the garage itself. Oh, definite plus, car was washed and vacuumed when I picked it up! More
