Worst experience ever! Went to dealership found a Titian I loved. I wasn’t comfortable with the deal, and left. It amazes me that the 2 hour drive to them that the price Magically changed, and they added $2,500. Also, they changed out the truck with a similar one with 200 more miles on it! This is by far the most shady place I have ever delt with. Will tell everyone how horrible this place is! Never again... More

False advertisement and do not honor sales quotes. Negotiated a fair price on a used focus they had and then told them to get it financed. That's were the problems started. The finance guy Richard rose the quoted price by 1000, lied and said bank required gap insurance(+800 more), lied and said bank required extended warranty(+1000 more). I told him he was a crook that the bank did not require all that(I called the bank). He apologized the next day and dropped all the unnecessary things but still tried to charge me $1000 more than quoted price! Stay away from these crooks! More

Salesman was good I bought a car here recently and the salesman was honest and forthright. However, there were others in the organization who dealt with me in a less than forthright manner. I purchased a car for $10k and put $4.5k down. This leave me financing $5.5k. But every time they brought me documentation it would be a different price. The first time the man in charge of the salesman had him bring me a document that didn’t show the interest rate it only showed me paying $199 for 48 months. I thought that seem unusually high so I calculated how much that would be over 48 months. It come out to around $9.5k. That seemed odd to me. How could I possibly be fininced at a rate so high that I’d be paying around $4k interest on a $5.5k loan. Turns out the added in a “warranty.” The man in charge of the salesman said he had to get the total price high enough to finance the car. I said seriously? I’m paying almost half the total cost of the car as a down payment(on a relatively new car with relatively low mileage) and you can’t get the bank to finance me $5.5k with a 680 credit score? (I realize 680 isn’t great but I’d already been approved for a loan for $15k for a different car a few days earlier with no downpayment. The guy in charge of the salesman said well uh we can remove the warranty. I was like uh yeah let’s do that. So much later I meet with the finance lady and she gives me a form showing me financing over $6k! I’m like where is this coming from. I was quoted $10k for the car,(and showed her a picture I took of that document with my phone; by now that document was long gone) I’m putting down $4.5k, that leaves $5.5k to be financed. Why does the loan form show me being financed for over $6k? So she goes and talks with the dude in charge and they changed it but it was such a hassle. I felt like I had to be on guard the whole time because I was going to get ripped off. She was nice enough and I don’t think she knew anything about the shady stuff that had gone on before with the “warranty” I never asked for. In the end the salesman is new. New enough I think to not have been corrupted by greed. I actually trust him and would do business with him again. But I mean the guy in charge of him was less than forthright about the financing terms. After I had decided to buy the car and and I’d be financing I wanted to see a list of the banks willing to extend credit and the interest rates for each. Instead they added on a “warranty” I never asked for, and didn’t want, to the amount to be financed then tried to hide it by giving me a hand written piece of paper. That piece of paper contained two things (1) monthly payment of $199 and (2) total months financed 48. I knew something wasn’t right because financing $5.5k for 48 at $199 per month would be an interest rate of around 30.5%. Then they had the Gaul to say we needed to include the warranty to get the total price high enough for you to be financed! If you buy from this dealership please keep a watchful eye on these folks. Don’t let them sneak any extra charges on your loan paperwork you didn’t agree to. More
