However, not even a-year-old, the windshield washer motor stopped working A few hundred miles outside of the bumper-to-bumper warranty. After explaining to Danielle on the service team that this had to be a defective piece of equipment and considering the amount of time I’ve owned the car and the amount of time I have actually used the Wind shield washer. Danielle understood my frustration and concern about product quality over something as simple as a windshield washer motor. She went out of her way and talk to her bosses and the dealer Replaced the windshield washer motor at no cost to me. It is this type of customer service based on a case-by-case situation, that I will always bring my business back to this dealer. More
