I had a great experience will Nissian of Brunswick. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable . My service was fast. The inside waiting area had snacks and cold water, Very nice ! Check engine light was on. Dropped off so they could do a diagnostic test. The guy that checked me in told me that if the test came back with just a sensor problem, that he wou Dropped off so they could do a diagnostic test. The guy that checked me in told me that if the test came back with just a sensor problem, that he would not charge me. And if it was not a sensor problem, that it would be $134. Called me that afternoon and said that it was a sense of problem and that I could pick it up as soon as I was available. Showed up the next day and they wanted me to pay a bill. I told the lady what the guy said and she went and got him and brought him over. He denied telling me that it was not going to cost me anything. Instead of it costing me $134, it actually cost me $227.! Super untrustworthy! Definitely don’t recommend! More
