A very positive customer experience working with our dealer, Greenway Mazda, to repair an issue with a sound emanating from the chassis. We received a warm greeting from Service Advisor, Christopher Br dealer, Greenway Mazda, to repair an issue with a sound emanating from the chassis. We received a warm greeting from Service Advisor, Christopher Branch, upon arrival at the service department. Mr. Branch reviewed our vehicle history and determined that the repair would be covered under our vehicle warranty. This was good news and provided assurance to us that Greenway Mazda stands behind their service to the vehicles they sell to very satisfied customers like us. Mr. Branch arranged an Uber transport for me so I could return home and continue work on other projects. Working with the Service Technician, Mr. Branch provided regular service updates including a video from the Service Technician identifying the problem and the repair solution. With parts in stock, we were able to pick up our vehicle with a same day turnaround thanks to the good people at Greenway Mazda. There are a lot of great dealerships along the Southwest Freeway in Houston. If you are looking for a wise investment and great service after the sale, look no further than Greenway Mazda. A very unpleasant appointment today. After 8 years taking my SUV to get service done at Mazda Greenway today was a total chaos. Mazda greenway sends discount coupons by email and when I arrive at the dealer it is always a problem to use them and apply the discounts correctly and that is when the appointment that should be quick and pleasant turns into a battle leaving a very bitter taste in my mouth . This time doing a simple engine and brake oil change took too long. My car entered at 12:40 pm and finished at 5pm. When I got to pick it up the manager was just calculating the discounts which he did wrong and I was already tired of claiming, so I let them charge me whatever they wanted I just wanted to leave that place. Nobody ever explained anything to me about what they did or what they recommended for me and why. I also ordered the state inspection and they did not give me a copy or tell me if I passed it or not. I went home and in the middle of the road the light of the air pressure of the tires came on and I had to take the car to have the air in the tires measured, something that when doing the rotation they had to verify. Horrible service after 8 years of doing maintenance there and leaving them a lot of money I will never go back again. More
stay away... bought a 2019 cx-5 and horrible service, never never never buy their prepaid service agreement. don't think the service department knows how to open the service bay garage door much less never never never buy their prepaid service agreement. don't think the service department knows how to open the service bay garage door much less actually work on a car. have been there 4 times for basic serivce and all been terrible. Poor management. I have spent thousands at Greenway Mazda... my 2018 Mazda 6 was repaired from a collision. I needed diagnostics run and systems reset. They refused because it was "branded".... What a fraud dealership - absolutely flabbergasted Greenway Mazda invited me to the dealership with a free gift offer just to visit the dealership. It was clearly written that no purchase was necessary Greenway Mazda invited me to the dealership with a free gift offer just to visit the dealership. It was clearly written that no purchase was necessary. When I visited them, first they made me fill up all sorts of information including social security numbers of my wife and me - ostensible reason was they needed to report to IRS if I won a bigger prize (5000$). Then they negotiated with me to buy a vehicle or do an exchange with my vehicle. I told them very clearly that I was not there for buying or exchanging a vehicle. After a few days I got an alert from the credit bureau that they pulled up my credit report. Not only this, I got a letter from them today informing me that I had applied to them for vehicle financing and that they were sorry that they could not provide credit to me. I am absolutely flabbergasted with their act of deception. I strongly protest against this and I am inclined to report this to all social media sites and BB. Excellent customer service from Service Department I have always bring my car to this dealership for service, from oil change to many other maintenance services. The service staff are amazing!
