We want to apologize for the bad experience you had in this. In mid January, Steve Dean our Managing Partner and GM left Greenway Mazda. The management that replaced him did not follow the core values of Greenway as Steve Dean had instilled and a mailer was sent out that upset a number of folks, like yourself. Steve is now back running the dealership and getting back to the Greenway roots. Once again, we apologize for what happened during that transition but we assure you, it's over now. Hi, Appreciate your quick response. However the damage has been done. I have Sterling credit which I will challenge you to find amongst your customers. I didn't say this till now but the whole free gift brochure was designed quite deceptively and at the end I was given a 20$ smart watch after wasting my one hour and telling me that this was a 200$ smart watch. Anyone can do a quick internet search to find the same model at 20$. I would like to know the following: 1. What has been reported to credit bureaus, since you ostensibly denied me credit that I never asked for? 2. What action are you planning to take on employees who have been involved in the whole thing? 3. What are you willing to do to undo this damage?

The dealership is truly sorry for any confusion the coupon may have caused as it clearly had the expiration date printed on the coupon the customer received. The coupon should have stated “FREE oil changes for a year”. Greenway Mazda values our customers very much and had truly hoped that by giving the customer free oil changes for the first year of ownership would have been seen as a positive and not a negative. Greenway Mazda has every intention of honoring the free oil changes through the expiration date clearly printed on the coupon which is part of a welcome package our customers receive after the purchase, for FREE. Greenway Mazda hopes the customer enjoys many years of great satisfaction with their new Mazda as Mazda has been ranked number “2” in Overall Quality by Consumer Advocacy groups!
