I had received letter from Kia headquarters to inform me that anti theft software was offered to me as there had been a problem with theft of Kia Optima’s. I made an appointment and they took care of it at that anti theft software was offered to me as there had been a problem with theft of Kia Optima’s. I made an appointment and they took care of it at no cost. I also had oil change done. Total wait time was as stated 1-2 hours, was completed in 2 hours. Staff was very courteous. More

The service department does not communicate with you. They had our car for over a month for a warranty issue. They did not give us updates.
