Buying a car from Greenway Kia of Riverchase has been a great experience for me. My product specialist was Jimmy Cummings. He was the best! Knowledgeable , courteous, and helpful. When I took the car to the dealership for its first service, David was my service representative, and gave me great advice. He was also knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. When I picked the car up, Samantha was so friendly, and took care of my checkout, then brought my car to me. She had turned on the seat warmer for me, which was great because I had forgotten the car came with a seat warmer! I've been using it ever since. Thank you, Samantha. This dealership is a cut above, and provides a warm and friendly experience all around. Excellent! More

Greenway Kia of Riverchase Oct 17, 2024 lorenturner2 Little to no knowledge mechanic knowledge. My car ran before leaving my home. I was told my engine was locked up by Mr. Bishop “Manager over Service”.My car went for recall repairs to just sit and was vandalized on the property and nothing was ever done. I have pictures before and after my car left. Also, have eye witness the day it went to Riverchase KIA. A police report had to be filed due to vandalism on the property. After being told by Mr.Bishop that it would need to be towed home.Got my car towed home…. It arrived tore to pieces inside and out.My husband said whys everything under the hood unhooked ? Why he tear out the fuse box in the car? My husband hooked everything together it started right up no problem no engine issue. I sent Mr. Bishop a video of the car starting at no surprise he didn’t reply. I had to file a complaint with customer service that had to send it up to KIA corporate for investigation. As well as sending in a formal complaint as directed by Misty at KIA customer service through a letter written to KIA America -PO Box 52410 Irvine, California 92619. This was a poor attempt to try to sell me another vehicle. After I kindly declined to trade in and purchase another vehicle. I was told that due to declining trading in or purchasing a vehicle. I was not allowed back on the property as of 10/2/24 per Michelle and management with KIA Customer Service Misty. I had ever been there 3 times my whole life. Never meeting this man nor had any conflict with him. 🤷🏻♀️ I did find it weird that when I made a post on Google after the post around 12 at 5:45 that evening. Mr. Bishop contact: 205-538-2104. He called and text me on his personal cellphone on 10/2/2024 requesting friendship and to take the post down. His words on the call I don’t even know you why would I say that….. Then asked to be my friend. As well as admitting to speaking with KIA Customer service after my decline and not allowing me on the property. We didn’t leave the call on a bad ending at all. I thought till on 10/08/2024. I received my car from the towing company completely vandalized. FYI: Same person that said they tried starting the car the engine was ceased. If you unhook the battery ,the bar on the engine all the fuses inside and out. I imagine it wouldn’t turn over.No , diagnostics were completed it takes 5 minutes for a diagnostic. Reply to calling you all. I have called left my contact information with the operator. She said no management was available, but will give you my contact information to call me back. 10/18/2024@851 It’s 10/28/2024 - I never got a return call/email or anything after contacting you Mr. Kia Owner. The service department at this Kia is absolutely terrible and they bribe customers for good reviews. I have never written a negative review, but I feel compelled to do so after the awful customer service. Fo and they bribe customers for good reviews. I have never written a negative review, but I feel compelled to do so after the awful customer service. For my 5000 mile service, I made an appointment. When I showed up, on time, I was told there were cars in front of me and the wait would be over 4 hours. I made another appointment for a different day. When I showed up for that appointment I was told that there were cars ahead of me. The Kia employee told me he did not know why the service department made appointments because they took cars on a first come, first serve basis. So, I left again. Finally, on my THIRD try, they were able to take me in when I showed up at 7:45 on a Saturday morning. I understand if first come, first serve is the policy, but this should be communicated to the consumer rather than making pointless appts. Fast forward to my 10,000 mile appt. I called and explained what happened and told the service rep I would bring my car first thing. She said that was fine, never saying an appt was needed. I showed up at 7:45, and they told me now they now take appts. and could not service my car. The incompetency and lack of customer service is just awful. They have zero internal communication between departments. All the rep had to do was tell me on the phone that they now take appointments as a policy and the problem would have been solved but she never communicated this. When I told the service manager that this morning, he told me that was an administration issue and nothing to do with him. Lack of accountability and terrible service and communication. I had a Toyota for 30 years and never experienced this with their service department. Oh- and then after the 5000 mile debacle, the service department called me incessantly asking me to leave a 5 star review in exchange for detailing my car for free at the next service!!!!!! When you read all the positive reviews, bear this in mind. More

Left 2023 Kia sportage for warranty on 12/28/23 with service tech Andrew. Was promised a status call the following Saturday. After not hearing any word , I called again on1/2/24, I called to inquire. After a lengthy hold time was advised that I would receive a call back. Never got call back so I called later and got voicemail. Left word for a callback. Received callback late afternoon from Chris saying that car was ready. When I went to pick up car, rang bell for service, but no one replied. An employee walked and asked if I was being waited on. I said no. He disappeared thru the employee entrance and I continued to wait. Another employee entered the desk area and asked if he could help. I said, “just trying to pick up my car”. He thumbed through papers, had me to sign and handed me the keys. I asked where is my car? He said outside somewhere. I went out but had to turn on my car alarm to find the vehicle parked between a number of other cars. Worst and most unprofessional service I have ever experienced. I purchased the car from this dealership but will go elsewhere when I need service in the future. Absolutely the most disappointing experience in recent memory! More
