Disrespectful, poor ethics I visited this dealership on 3/12/18 about 6:30pm and was greeted by J. Steve Willard. He assisted me and my daughter in the negotiation and purchase I visited this dealership on 3/12/18 about 6:30pm and was greeted by J. Steve Willard. He assisted me and my daughter in the negotiation and purchase of a vehicle which went very smooth until the final stage. During the final stage of the purchase we dealt with Jeffrey Williams, the F & I Manager, who was very disrespectful to Mr. Willard and in turn to me and my family. Jeffrey said, "that fool", referring to Mr. Willard in our presence while Mr. Willard was outdoors. If it had not been for Mr. Willard and my daughter, I would have left that car on the car lot.
