Bad Salesmanship I purshased a 2015 Kia Otima Saturday afternoon my insurance company was closed. Mr. Willard couldn't wait till I get off work to get the full coverag I purshased a 2015 Kia Otima Saturday afternoon my insurance company was closed. Mr. Willard couldn't wait till I get off work to get the full coverage insurance for my used car, he just talked to me with an attitude and basically suggested I was a liar that I wasn't with Acc insurance co.and was threatening to take my car. I must say this guy this salesman Steve Willard is an jerk and I will never bring my business to this dealership or refer my co-workers, friends or family to buy a car from this guy or Riverchase Kia!!!
