I went for tune up and was told the total work would be over 2000.00. I needed to pay for all scheduled maintenance since purchased over 5 years. I asked if he could do just tune up and he explained no. I over 2000.00. I needed to pay for all scheduled maintenance since purchased over 5 years. I asked if he could do just tune up and he explained no. I refused paid 260.00 fee for basically nothing and returned home. I was totally dissatisfied and never plan to return. He told me all or none of scheduled maintenance. As I was leaving he said if you want to come back for some of the work I could. At this point I wouldn't trust your service department. More

They attempted to tell me my brand new car needed a new engine. Accused me of driving my car thru a creek and beach which I had not done. My husband who is a mechanic stated to them that this isn’t right. engine. Accused me of driving my car thru a creek and beach which I had not done. My husband who is a mechanic stated to them that this isn’t right. One service writer was absolutely hateful. When I explained that I wanted to deal with someone else (over the phone) she picked up the phone yelled at me and hung up. I called to speak to the general manager who claimed he would call me back in a couple hours never did and finally called and stated I wanted my car back they finally got it done. Will never return to this dealership again. More
