Michelle kindly conversed with me as I waited in line, explaining where the water, coffee and temporary bathrooms were located. My vehicle was washed by hand, awesome job done. Due to the ongoing construction, trailers are setup as temporary offices but they are not identified. It would be helpful if they were clearly identified so one knows where to go. Others confused me for an employee, asking where to go to pay their bill, for example. More

I went for tune up and was told the total work would be over 2000.00. I needed to pay for all scheduled maintenance since purchased over 5 years. I asked if he could do just tune up and he explained no. I over 2000.00. I needed to pay for all scheduled maintenance since purchased over 5 years. I asked if he could do just tune up and he explained no. I refused paid 260.00 fee for basically nothing and returned home. I was totally dissatisfied and never plan to return. He told me all or none of scheduled maintenance. As I was leaving he said if you want to come back for some of the work I could. At this point I wouldn't trust your service department. More

They attempted to tell me my brand new car needed a new engine. Accused me of driving my car thru a creek and beach which I had not done. When I explained that I wanted to deal with someone else (over the phone) she picked up the phone yelled at me and hung up. I called to speak to the general manager who claimed he would call me back in a couple hours never did and finally called and stated I wanted my car back they finally got it done. Will never return to this dealership again. More
