Greenway Kia of Hickory Hollow service department IS A JOKE.I have a bent rim it has been sitting in the service department for two weeks. They sold us on this warranty so the warranty people told us to t JOKE.I have a bent rim it has been sitting in the service department for two weeks. They sold us on this warranty so the warranty people told us to take it to the dealership so we did. That was A MAJOR MISTAKE. The just now have it over for the repair after it has been sitting in service for 2 weeks been driving on the donut to where now that is done so our car is now sitting. I have not had one phone call from the service department on the status of it. We have called service they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE you leave a message and guess what still no call back. We have drove to the dealership 3 times to see our rim still sitting. They also know that I’m going through some health issues where I have to go back and forth to doctors and surgeries and this added stress has not been good on us and they don’t care. My mom went to the dealership this morning and they finally have our rim getting repaired still don’t know when that will be ready. So we are stuck with no vehicle and they still won’t do anything. I have been getting my Kia’a serviced at Greenway since 2017. My only real complaint, as with most dealership service departments—are the prices and labor fees. Other than that, I’ve always had good customer service experiences, with service reps always helping with coupons and discounts, which is always appreciated. Yesterday, they were a bit short staffed and delayed with getting people checked in, but everyone was kind and apologetic for our waits. My car was finished in a decent time, even considering we added on a couple of things. I really appreciated Lana. I remembered mid-way that I’d gotten (and forgotten) a mailer with an amazing coupon for services I needed but couldn’t afford all of, at the time of check in. When I remembered, I thought to check email and found the same coupon! Lana was understanding, kind, and allowed me to still use it and get the other services, even after they’d already taken my car back. That coupon saved me a nice chunk of change!!! So thank you Lana and maintenance team!!! More
Two years ago I had to have a complete rebuild of my 2016 Kia shortages engine. Best customer service experience I ever had by a anybody in my 66 years of living. I believe his name was Terrence and when I had my car towed in last Thursday I expected at least good service since he was no longer there. I had the MISFORTUNE OF BEING HELPED BY LANA. She was very unprofessional and refused to give me an estimate on the work to be done four times over five days. I had to see my attorney for the funds to be dispersed from my trust to pay so I went by what I found on the internet to give a guesstimate and when I picked up my car LANA DROPPED $650 bill on what I thought would be at most $450. LANA was ride and disrespectful and lied to me and broke the law according to my attorney for NOT giving me a written estimate on service that exceeded $250 I will never go back there and will never recommend that dealership to any of my social media followers. Or buy another Kia ever . More

Trying to get a hold of anyone in service is almost impossible. We went in last Wednesday to get a key programmed. We did not look at the price at the time of checkout because we were in a hurry. Later that afternoon we had a concern about the price and tried calling that same day. No response. Called a few times on Thursday. No response. Called 10-12 times on Saturday no response. Our service advisor finally contacted us back, by the time we got to the dealership 2-3 hours later (we had to leave a message with SALES). He was not helpful at all and we were told to contact the service manager who was out sick and gave us his phone number. It was not his phone number it was the dealership phone number (which is the number we had already been calling). We called Wednesday 2-3 times (no response). Thursday they responded to our third call of the day. Their voicemail is full so you can not leave a message when you call. It is almost impossible to reach the service department if you have a question or concern. A concern that should have been handled same day or one/two days later, we are still dealing with more than a week later. If this is the service you want, then by all means go to Antioch Kia. More
