First, I want to sale that my salesman Wayne Upshur was AWESOME, and nothing I say in the following statment reflects on him at all. I bought a 2009 Kia Sportage with only 6 miles on it when I drove of AWESOME, and nothing I say in the following statment reflects on him at all. I bought a 2009 Kia Sportage with only 6 miles on it when I drove off the lot. After driving it for a few days I noticed that I had a viberation in the steering. I thinking the tires where out of balance I returned to the dealership for them to service my SUV. I left there still having a viberation at high speeds. I again returned. This went on for several weeks, months, etc. After 16 new tires, 8 new rims, an entire new front end AND a new engine, my 2009 KIA sportages still has a viberation. Sad, I know... I contacted KIA head quaters to get them involved, we then went on the hunt for a new 09 sportage. That wasn't a sucess because all models had been sold or wasn't a fit for us. My husband and I visited Mr. DONT YOU LEAVE UNTIL YOU SEE ME during this time period. During our meeting he assured us that he was going to do whatever he needed to do to make us happy. He was leaving to go out of the country and promised to return our call when he returned. That was October 2009, and I have YET to recieve that phone call from Chris on this day 06/27/12. Oh and my 2009 KIA sportage still has a viberation!! Sad, that I am still paying a note on a vehicle that the CERTIFIED machanics at Hickory Hollow Carnaval Kia can't seem to fix. More
I got a great price on my car and the staff has been excellent to deal with. Any problems I have encountered with anything has been quickly resolved. I have been there many times but had to leave every time without seeing Chris Bostick :-) Really had no need to ..Just had to throw that in. More

I've only ever needed minor repairs on my 2008 Rio, such as computer updates, spark plugs, etc., but Jonathan always treated me as a top priority. When the website would take a week to get an appt, Jonathan as computer updates, spark plugs, etc., but Jonathan always treated me as a top priority. When the website would take a week to get an appt, Jonathan would say, "bring it in at 9 a.m. tomorrow!" He's always so friendly but also to the point. He's also funny. Once when I needed a computer update, he said, "You have Windows 98, so we upgraded you to Vista. Come back next week. Just kidding!" The entire staff there is friendly whether you're buying a car or getting it serviced. More

I came in for an oil change and my 3 month inspection. I have a 2011 Sorento. The other day it would not start. I talked with Jonathan in the service department and he walked me thru until I got my car started again. I took it in the next morning and he knew I talked with Jonathan in the service department and he walked me thru until I got my car started again. I took it in the next morning and he knew who I was when I told him my name and what I was there for - without looking at the paperwork - so to me that means that he goes over all of his paperwork and familiarizes hisself with who is coming in and why. He is very very friendly and helpful. My car was in the shop area for approximately 1 hour and so far is working wonderful again. More
