I would recommend this dealership to anyone who's new or I would recommend this dealership to anyone who's new or currently lives in the Middle Tennessee area. The Sales experience was easiest and most pleasant experience I have had . Jeff is a class act! The moment I bought the car, to each time I need the oil changed, tires rotated etc. It is handled with a smile, friendliness and the up-most professionalism! I am constantly getting coupons in the mail so it never feels like " The Service Staff “ is looking for a problem or my wallet Jonathan always ask about myself and family he makes me laugh every time I am there. They always ask if I'd like to wait in the "Lounge" and checks on me twice each time to ask "If I am comfortable or need something?" It’s fast and friendly! If there is any problem with my car, which is seldom ,"Except for nails in the road" Jonathon says “Bring it by and we'll fix you up!” If I was Ed Mcmahon they would get "4 stars". I couldn't not be happier with the employees that work at Carnival Kia in Hickory Hollow. More

I got there late and then went to IHOP for a late lunch. I forgot they were closing at 4:00 PM and held them up about 15 minutes. HH Carnival Kia has superb customer relations representatives. I do wish you had a location closer to me (West Nashville, Bellevue, or Belle Meade). More

I went in to get something minor fixed (under warranty) and regular service-I told the guy I wasn't working much, so I would need to know how much it would be before proceeding and he agreed he would-he al and regular service-I told the guy I wasn't working much, so I would need to know how much it would be before proceeding and he agreed he would-he also explained that some things we went over probably didn't need to be done at that visit-hey great even better-so I initialed the paper work over this "little box that was blank" (my bad)-giving them permission to look at the car and fix the problem I asked to be fixed (or so I thought)-when I went back the next day to get my car it was almost $500.00-when I explained what the guy and I talked about $ wise-that they were suppose to let me know if it was going to be more than we discussed they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about (and maybe they didn't but)-of course the guy I spoke with about this was off that day-they said they tried to call him, but couldn't reach him-they gave me a choice at least-I could either pay the money or they could keep my car-they heard words that I don't normally use in public (which shocked both of us and didn't help at all except to make me feel better)-so I paid it and left b/c it wasn't really a choice-turns out the main reason I took it up there for to begin with was not only not fixed they made it worse-I still haven't taken it back to get that fixed again b/c I still have such bad feelings toward that place I can't make myself do it-All the reviews I read are all on the money-THEY SUCK! I wouldn't buy another Kia even if it was the best price/car on earth-just b/c of the service dept.-and the commercial-"don't leave until you see me"-he doesn't want me to see him-it wouldn't be pretty-I turn the channel b/c it turns my stomach! You've been warned and hopefully will be wiser than I was...................no blank boxes! More
