From what I have seen they treat their customers like family, not the type of family you don't want to admit you are related too, the kind that takes care of each other and helps one another. Granted they may cost a little more than having family do it but the time it saves us plus their experience is well worth the price. They have never treated me wrong and always makes my visits enjoyable. If I forget to as something or get home and realize I don't understand something on the paperwork I know I can call and they seem genuinely happy to help me understand. I would highly recommend to everyone More

So Far, So Good! I bought my first Kia here and the sales & service people have been great to work with. When I come back for service on my Sorento, they've only done I bought my first Kia here and the sales & service people have been great to work with. When I come back for service on my Sorento, they've only done what I wanted and any suggestions were based on the recommendations by the OEM for proper service. They even wash my suv after each time I've been there. More

Our experience with the sales staff, specifically Shon, was great. This last time, I brought the car in for our second service. I didn't have an appointment and the staff told me it would be about 90 minutes. I had no problem waiting, so I did. 40 minutes later, I was in the car on my way home. I had my oil changed and tired rotated. I know it's hard to believe, but I love bringing my car by. Staff is great. More

My next encounter was with a guy (don't remember his name) who explained everything to me. Gave me the cost and was willing to answer any questions. The day my vehicle was serviced, they had to order part, this guy went above his responsibility. It was going to take 5-6 hours to repair vehicle. He called and got me a rental car so I didn't have to sit there all day. I did not expect that!!!!! Even though I had prepared to spend the day there, his kind gesture was appreciated more than he knows!!!!! Great job!!!!! He went above and beyond!!!!! My next encounter was with the cashier. She is precious. Had a great personality and attitude! More

Since I had to get the work done at Kia and my car key flew apart and the push pads where torn, I asked for a free replacement. I am 1000 miles over the warranty that would replace the key. What no good will? No Universal Kia might have to close their doors over not collecting the 30 dollars. I am upset over the tone an manner that the free key was discussed. I have always been a Toyota girl until now but since this one is paid Universal does not stand behind the brand its time to go back to a Company Brand that means quality and KIA ain't it. More

My husband always takes our car in to be serviced, but, he had open heart surgery, so I his wife had to take it this time. I can see why my husband doesn't mind, when it see time to take the car for servi he had open heart surgery, so I his wife had to take it this time. This is in response to the comment left by unknown0325. I have a Kia Borrego that was purchased at, and also gets all of her check ups done at the Hickory Hollow location. I was in the store on Thursday I have a Kia Borrego that was purchased at, and also gets all of her check ups done at the Hickory Hollow location. I was in the store on Thursday when a very rude couple came into the store and were demanding that they have something fixed under warranty. I overheard most of the conversation but due to the language of both the man in the overalls and his rude wife, I left the area to go and wait in the waiting room. However I still heard the argument. In the service guys defense, they never made any rude comments- even though they were being told, with very inappropriate language, how to do their jobs. Every time I have ever been to this store I have been treated with the utmost respect and never would have expected to see and hear such rudeness from fellow Kia owners. The gentlemen in service showed restraint and for that I commend them. I am in a customer service position as well, and it baffles me as to why some people will storm into a place of business looking for a fight- especially when they knew they were in the wrong… I recommend this store to anyone needing service or warranty work on a Kia…. Thanks guys…. You rock… More
