I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know what outstanding service she provided. She went beyond he normal routine to make sure that my vehicle was serviced properly, There were some repairs than I need corrected ( but forgot to mention when I called for the appointment). She took care of it without any problem at all. She is wonderful, pleasant, and very professional. I look forward to my next visit with her. More
Heard a knocking sound on my Kia Sorento I heard a knocking sound on my Kia Sorento . It only happened when I was pulling off or stopping. I took it to Universal Kia 10 minutes before they I heard a knocking sound on my Kia Sorento . It only happened when I was pulling off or stopping. I took it to Universal Kia 10 minutes before they were closing. The service Mgr. Jonathan, was very pleasant and rode in my car with me and took my car right back 45 minutes later the problem was fixed and he was still smiling although he and his team were late getting off. More
Fast, friendly, effecient Was one who always stayed away from dealership for repairs but they are friendly, fast and effecient. Have helped me twice just recently. poor workmanship i had some one broke into my our 2015 Kia Sedona. Front passenger glass was broken glass shattered everywhere. I call insurance company but since is i had some one broke into my our 2015 Kia Sedona. Front passenger glass was broken glass shattered everywhere. I call insurance company but since is a new vehicle I had to bring it to dealer. Let me add by saying dealer I bought vihicle from. I had glass replaced but Kia dealer never bother cleaning interior of glass debris. Only glass to seat area was cleaned up. Dash and center console had chip glass and was never cleaned up. Console still had chunk of glass. Waited over one hour when I was told it was ready. More
First service Had oil changed and leak in tire repaired, problem with MPG ranging from 14 to 19 not what I was expecting. No tech on duty to see what might be causing the issue, they reset computer. Seemed to improve for a few days but issue us back. Paint peeling on fender joint but you can only fix it on Friday mornings. To get it fixed will cost me a days pay. If your going up provide saturday service it needs to be full service.Will go back at 5000 mile as told for next service check. More

I brought the car in for a problem that I have now had four times over a two year period. The last visit for this problem was in May. I also brought it in for a replacement headlamp. The service man came back to ask me which headlamp. I told him, but thought they could have just turned it on to find out. When the car was "ready", I paid for it, but when I turned it on, the check engine light was still on. A service man came out, and found that whoever had worked on it had "hooked up both vaccuum tubes lines, but had not reconnected the electrical line." Did not give me feeling of confidence overall. I do not feel assured that they have really fixed the problem. I guess it's a waiting game now. More
